Purchased the new jet pro bike and I am having issues. Customer service does not respond. Seems like the company is out of business. They lost a law suite on a patent. DO NOT buy from them.

Juiced Customer service has been excellent
Juiced Customer service has been responsive to all my inquiries. I bought my bike used so I can't comment on warrenty response.
My Rip Current S so far has been good…
My Rip Current S so far has been good overall. My issue is the reviews on their website are selective. I posted a positive review on the bike but a negative on their finance company Klarna. They initially posted the review but after awhile they took it off. When there is an excess of 5 star reviews on any product online it is usually a result of them selecting which reviews are going to be posted. It is possible to have a true 5 star product but when you look at third party review sites and they don't sync with the company reviews they are obviously skewed.
There customer service is AWFUL
There customer service is AWFUL! Can't get anyone on the phone. They never call you back when you leave messages and they never actually reply to any emails you sent through the system.
I bought the upgraded off road kit - it's got less power than the original. Can't ask a question, can't get a refund... Obnoxious.
Customer service very lacking
Bought a rip current the tail light was busted when notified they sent me a new one which was great. Then bought a Cross current the paint on the rack was already peeling out of the box and the tail light on this one could never work with The way it was built. Notified them sent pictures and emailed them with zero response. Seems they stand by their product as long as it’s cheap and easy otherwise zero
All Smiles
I purchased a Scorpion the end of November 2020. I emailed them once before the eBike had shipped to get an ETA on the arrival. Customer Service promptly responded with a tracking number and that it had shipped. It arrived with no issues, as the packaging was impeccable. It was easy to put together as their tutorial videos are in-depth and easy to follow. I have enjoyed many rides on this and also ordered some mirrors and a seat extension, which I received very quickly.
This company makes quality eBikes and I get stopped everytime I am out riding as people want to know where to get one.
DO NOT BUY FROM JUICEDBIKES!!!!!!!
I purchased my regular scorpion (Non-Hyper) on september 3rd 2020 for 2,100 dollars US. After few weeks, JUICED drastically decreased the price for the bike at 1,499. I message JUICED and it took them 3 weeks to reply and they still wouldn't partial refund me. This is not the only issues i've had with JUICED,, the bike is cheaply made, i can't change my rear tire because i can't remove the anti-dropper that's protecting the wheel to come off. The suspensions are garbage, make sure to slow down at 5MPH when you're going over a pothole or else your dream might finally come true and be able to fly like a bird. The bike came with major scratches, they told me they were going to send "touch up" paint, it took them 2 months to send me black nail polish as "touch up" paint LOL. This company is straight up trash. They won't reply to you, they even blocked me on IG after sharing my experience and they also delete all the negative reviews you left on their website. STAY AWAY.

Juiced Bikes it is the exactly example why I don't like nothing made it in china. I have a lot of problems with my camp scrambler with only 50 miles. Custumer service is a nightmare they do not answer e-mails they do not answer calls. Once I got e-mail from them with instructions to see if I can fix the bike myself. What a horrible experience. 1,800 dollars for a junk bike.

Not as far as claimed, …
Juiced bike is the sam BASE as all the other top end Chinese bikes. Today Ebikes are all the same base with cosmetic differences for each company.
Juiced is expensive
And bikes does not last nearly as long as they claim, even with upgrade battery 52v
The customer service is not good at all and basically dont care
Wouldn't buy from them again as you can buy same product elsewhere
Great Bikes but terrible support UPDATE
Great Bikes but terrible support. Bought 3 RipCurrents over Christmas. We unfortunately broke our front fork on a month old bike and after multiple emails have no reply and no idea of how to repair the bike. More than happy to pay what it takes. All it takes is a yes or a no to keep a customer happy!
UPDATE - Received an email and the part was shipped right away. Putting it down to Covid and have heard they have sold a lot of bikes and do not have the Support Staff to handle all the inquiries. That said if you are an Online only business you have to get that part of it right.
They lie and don't do what they say!!!…
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They do answer there phone but they lie! I have been waiting on a $2200 refund for over a month. Bikes come with cheaper tires and derailers than they say. They tell me the refund is being processed for 3 weeks now. They will take your money quickly and sound super sweet and helpful and available but when you have any issues (and you will) they tell you the same old thing with no results. Going to the BBB. They are a horrible company that does not have a long term vision. Go anywhere else!!!
15 miles only on my new hyper scorpion …
15 miles only on my new hyper scorpion it stopped working. Battery detective called customer service 100 times they never answered my call. This is a nightmare. Please don’t buy bikes made it in china.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. I bought my bike in September and can only get 19 miles per charge on my Hyperscorpion which they lie in stating that you get 75 miles what a joke. I called and text with customer service and to explained what was going on with my battery, finally they said they will send me a box to package it up and send it back which I did they have had my battery for three weeks so they can evaluate it, I haven’t heard anything from them so I keep calling and they sent me to technical support extension and they never pick up this happened three different times when I was on hold for 45 minutes hoping somebody will pick up they just keep passing the buck and my battery is held hostage with no answers . Buyer beware I should’ve listen to all the other reviews about this bike and the batteries and the customer service never again .
I just don't trust a company that posts…
I just don't trust a company that posts only 5-star reviews on their website! After owning a Juiced Scrambler for about a year, I sent a review to them that was only 2 stars. For good reason; seat foam that flattened out after a couple months, (I only weigh 140 lbs), non-adjustable seat makes for very uncomfortable pedaling for anyone taller than about 5'5", lack of accessories like a basic rack make it difficult to carry anything, etc. But did they put it on their website? Nope, they only post 5-star reviews which is just plain dishonest and misleading. Sold my Juiced and bought a Himiway, better bike for slightly less money.

I was kinda fkn nervous about my purchase when something went wrong and I read that their customer service was bad. Initially it took a couple of days for them to respond but they sent me a tail light because mine was defective and fenders. It turned out there was a bigger issue and they exchanged my bike for a brand new one!!! I am waiting to receive my replacement hyperscorpion and im pretty damn happy it wasnt as bad as some of these reviews I see.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Don’t buy from Juiced. Look at Rad or the many other. Google top 10ebikes and buy one of those. Juiced is a rip off. I purchased a bike two days ago and the holiday $100 promo was left off. Unfortunately I didn’t catch it until today. I verified the pricing hadn’t changed and that the promo code was still active. I emailed juiced of the error and they would not honor the promotion citing policy and that prices vary. Yet nothing had changed since my date of purchase. They are just refusing to honor the ongoing promotion. I will not do business with this company.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Sent me a bike with defective pedal assist, and they make it incredibly hard to get any answer about what they can do. Worst customer service - do not buy bikes from this company, unless you want a headache. They suggest that due to great interest in E-bikes that they have to make you wait two business days to get back to you - then they never get back to you? They do not provide you with a phone number to contact the company directly. Horrible customer service, worst ever. Also their technical support is non-existent, this is a well marketed company that just fails in so many ways.
Buy a juiced bike only if you want to buy a second bike in a couple years
Juiced bikes are a good ebike until it brakes. They have terrible customer service and stock zero to no repair parts. The bikes are only supported for a couple years and then your bike is obsolete and parts are even harder to get. Spend a little more and get a fully supported ebike
Don't get duped by juiced bikes' bait…
Don't get duped by juiced bikes' bait and switch pricing strategy or just don't buy from them at all. Especially not at their misleading "sale" prices. They advertise a false sales price throughout the year when that's the price that they keep most of the time unless they actually run a real flash sale where the bikes are discounted $1,200 to $1,500 off their "regular" price. It's a bait and switch type of pricing strategy that's really unethical since ebikes are a relatively new thing and consumers don't quite know what a deal for these bikes look like yet. I would'nt be warning buyers of this pricing scheme if they were ethical enough to take care of customers who received their bikes days before their actual sales with some kind of store credit or price matching. So look out for their misleading deals and or just buy from better companies that value their customers like Bolton e bikes or even Radpower bikes.
I purchased a hyper scorpion that was supposedly discounted from $3,500 to $2,800. 4 days after receiving it, Juiced runs a flash sale on the bike for $2,000 and $1,600 for the regular scorpion. Thats a large amount for such a short period of time and Juiced wasn't willing to work out any fair resolution at all. Not even store credit on another bike.
As many others have mentioned, they have the worst customer support. I read the bad reviews but still bought 2 bikes to use as part of my delivery business. I assumed that most complaints were due to mechanical issues and figured I was knowledgeable and handy enough to avoid needing to contact them for mechanical issues.
However, $800 is a lot of money in such a short period of time so I tried my luck with calling them and even offered to take ANY fair resolution such as partial store credit. They wouldn't do anything at all and litterally said it's because "no other online retailer offers price matching" which is obviously false. I shop almost exclusively online for everything and have never had any company tell me they won't consider ANY type of reimbursement solution due to a recent sale. Especially for something that was purchased this close to the day of it's discount.
I would have purchased 2 more bikes from them today for my business if they showed me they were a fair company to work with by offering store credit or something. Now I know they're just a bad company that's unreasonable and doesn't value their customers for all types of reasons. not just when their product fails.
If you're new to ebikes like me and don't know if their fake "sales" price is a deal or not, its NOT. It's literally their regular pricing and doesn't change unless they run a real flash sale. I recommend buying from a company that's reasonable and value's your business. Juiced is neither which is sad. I will be buying my other delivery bikes from another company from now on since good business practice is priceless
this company is beyond bad
this company is beyond bad. I bought a bike from them 3 weeks ago. it doesn't work. I have sent over 25 emails because their contact number goes straight to voice mail.
they have ignored ALL of my messages. I am sitting here with a broken bike and no idea of what to do with it
Non-existent customer service-do not buy!
Bought a $2400 bike form them on Sept 7 for my wife. We didnt do the research aside from a raving recommendation on a specific bike from one of her colleagues.
Bike delivered damaged Sept 17 after multiple Fedex delays.
No phone support ever
48-72 hours on avg to respond to email once support case opened. Only received a phone call after escalating on JB's Facebook page Tweeting and Direct Messaging Tora on LinkedIn.
They insisted I try to repair the bike on my own with parts that they would send. I refused and told them we wanted a new undamaged bike. They sent a return label and I had to package things up on my own.
As a result of the experience we demanded a full refund which they processed one day before the first payment was due on Affirm.
We will now research top bikes JB didn't even make it to Wired.com top 12 E bikes
Once we find a desired model will look at the electric bike review site
Bottom line is you cannot expect customers to shell out more than $2000 and not have a customer service infrastructure in place. Very disappointed!
Juiced Bikes should halt all sales until they have CS running in an acceptable manner. Tora's note from Aug 27 is falling on deaf ears for now. I do hope they can and do better in the future
