Had no issues with them. fees ok. People that say like issues with bitcoins are either new or need to stop doing crypto!!!

This was my first time using the app
This was my first time using the app . The app was easy to use, however the deposit of the bitcoins I purchased took 4 days and I had to keep calling customer service. Since I started purchasing bitcons I had never experienced such a long delay. Customer services response was always, just give it more time that the purchase has not confirmed on the block chain. It took to much time.

I have checked your account and I can see that indeed, some of your orders were processed slower than usual. However, this is mainly due to timezone differences.
The orders that are processed later than expected were placed outside of our Business hours, which naturally slow the process down. The ones placed in a good time frame were settled in no more than two hours.
Besides the time zone differences, we have encountered a larger than usual amount of orders and transfers. This subsequently delayed your transfer.
However, I will have one of my colleagues contact you for more feedback and features you would like to see.

I have used Jubiter.com multiple times…
I have used Jubiter.com multiple times and was mostly happy. They were a little slower than others, but fees were good.
Not this time. I paid for 6 hour service and my transfer is still pending 2 days later. I've lost 100 s of dollars due to the delay. And, no refunds or cancellations possible.
I need to rethink this group.

I would like to first apologize for the issues you have encountered.
There were major delays due to increasing amounts of Bitcoins transfer around the period when you initiated the transfer.
As such, the blockchain deemed the fee which was paid initially ( which was appropriate for the volume at the time) insufficient for approval, or at least until the volume decreased.
This is the reaosn why the transfer was delayed.
We remain at your disposal for any further questions or queries, but we really do apologize for the issue and we can understand how frustrating it can be for the transfer to be delayed this much.

I wanted to pay someone a small amount of money in BTC and initiated it 4 days ago, and after a lot of uploads and and a support phone call, the transfer has not been completed. I get reminder emails about Support Tickets, but I never have a way to find out what the Support Ticket is. You have help.jubiter site, but it does not use the same password as your app.jubiter site. Quite frankly the customer experience was not the best. However, after I submitted my complaint, the customer support staff at Jubiter were able to resolve my problems quickly. My next transaction ran smoothly and timely. Thank you.

The usual delay since the order is processed and until the funds arrive into the external transfer varies, but should not be longer than 1-2 hours.

Stay away from this company. Read negative results, the account of one reviewer was blocked and Jubiter's reply was 'we blocked it to observe AML', which implies that something is wrong with that client's transactions. However, I became a victim of ongoing fraud where Jubiter was and is abetting money laundering and doing nothing despite this fraud going on for many months and at least 40 people complained with banks attempting chargebacks. We are not writing a collective letter and reporting Jubiter to Interpol collectively. Use Wisenex as its victims were refunded and no further fraud was committed via Wisenex as they tightened up their security and verification. Jubiter can find me easily by my name and surname and by numerous emails I have sent them.

Considering that, the orders have been processed as per regular and the Bitcoins transferred externally, to a third party Bitcoin wallet.
We are not abetting ML and we will fully assist whichever institution decides to contact us regarding the issue at hand, but we will not be able to issue any refund for your funds.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
This was all new to me and I kept messing up, but your staff helped get set up and I was quickly able to purchase my first bitcoin. The problem came when I went to pay for goods and services that I owed. It needed to e a tight turn around. It left your platform quickly, but them it has been hanging out in bitcoin space forever and has yet to be in my client's wallet. It is not your problem, but it is frustrating to both of us. I have checked your account, and unfortunately there was indeed an unexpected delay regarding the external transfer.
I have also checked the count of pending transactions on the blockchain, and due to the increase in volume of transfers, there were over 80,000 pending transactions at one point. The fee which was considered appropriate for a quick transfer in order to be accepted into the blockchain quickly became to small and your transfer was pushed back.
I would like to apologize for the delays which you have encountered and reassure you that usually the transfers take a couple of minutes to be accepted.

Jubiter are definitely used by scammers the one I was conned by was Ethereum-Global who are now un-contactable. After my initial review I got a phone call from a representative from Jubiter (Irinel) who explained to me the cause of my problems, which seemed to make sense. I now have more trust in them but am still a little concerned fraudsters like Ethereum-Global can use them.

We are only a platform for exchanging FIAT currency into Bitcoins and Litecoins.
The reason for the errors, is that the order which was placed was an express order. You currently only have a guest account, and you need to register before you can access the transfer records.
