It took 2 days to do an "instant" purchase and i had to go through a million hoops. They want me to amend my statement but that is not gonna happen BEWARE OF THIS SITE!!! They will take days to get to get the pittance of bitcoin you have left after all their fees and crap they charge you for

I too had a bad experience with these people. Iwas informed that my bank had refused payment, this happened several times and the bank told me there was no transaction recorded. Since that day I have been pestered by this company and my bank suspended our joint current account and cancelled my debit card.
The bank's fraud department advised me that they were suspicious of a trade buying c.21K in Roubles and another request for £200 ! I now have to wait for a new debit card but thankfully, our current a/c is back on track. My advice is simply "KEEP WELL CLEAR"

Jubiter would never call customers unnecessarily, if a payment failed you are informed via email and not constant phone calls.
Furthermore, we are not a trading platform, so we would not trade buy Roubles, that currency is not even supported on our platform.
Regardless, we would love to look into this matter further, please provide us with your Order number (even if it failed) or email address that you used.

Sure buying crypto with a debit card is easy here. Learn the hours of operations for the quickest transaction. If purchasing after hours be prepared to wait until they open. Then be prepared to wait some more. Defeats the purpose of purchasing BTC really. My phone can mine it quicker. Depressing.
