I have had dealings with Jubilee Mint for about 3 years and my account manager Daniel is a real gem.
He knows the type of coins I'm interested it and always keeps me up to date with everything thats going on in the world of coin collecting.
I always really enjoy our phone calls because its totally apparent that he really loves coins and isnt just going through the motions.
The knowledge he has on all things coins is extensive and very interesting.
When I order something it normally arrives in 48hrs in perfect condition.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Jubilee Mint as a company that really cares.

Something went wrong this time around
Something went wrong this time around. I ordered a set of 3 small solid gold coins with different crts. But the big gold coin was not solid gold. It was just gold plated! I immediately contacted the Jubilee Mint about this problem as I never buy gold plated coins as they tend to have no real value. The Jubilee Mint quickly responded positively. I posted all 3 coins back to them with their letter & invoice, by proof of posting 1st class with a tracking number which is standard procedure required by the Jubilee Mint. I'm now just waiting for a refund & the cancellation of all the 10 monthly installments by the Jubilee Mint. So far so good.
I'm pleased to say that Jubilee Mint have now sorted out my issues very promptly & professionally. Excellent service & feedback from them. 10/10 marks!

We always aim to provide transparent and accurate information so customers know exactly what to expect. This particular 16mm diameter coin is struck in 1g of 9-carat gold, to the highest proof standard, and is priced at £49, which is in line with the gold spot value alone at current market rates. This does not include the design, minting, and presentation costs, which are typically factored into the pricing of collectable proof coins.
We understand that smaller coins can sometimes take people by surprise, and if you’re looking for something more substantial in size, we do offer larger Concorde editions featuring the same design, which may be more to your liking.
