I love the Fair trade coffee and it is so helpful to be able to obtain all the Palestinian dates, olive oil, almonds and soaps that our Olive Tree Scotland group needs as we travel about raising awareness of conditions in the Occupied West Bank and Gaza and raising funds to send to charities there.

The order arrived promptly and well packaged.
I was a little confused by being transferred from the Transform Trade site which I went on to order Traidcraft tea.

The rice was delivered within 48 hours in three large boxes and I have just unpacked the last box. Each box contained two packs of 7kg of rice plus two loose 500gm packs. In all cases the lower pack in each box was squashed but all the rice packets were fine apart from in the box I've just unpacked - two of the 500g bags have split open at the bottom seams and rice has spilled out in the box. One of the bags was a loose one the other was at the end of the 7kg pack. I suspect the carrier had all three of the big boxes stacked on top of each other and the weight has caused the problem.

The product itself is brilliant, we're excited to support.
Unfortunately, the packaging it was sent in was not good quality and arrived all broken and squashed. We had two bags of rice ripped open as a result.
A better packing solution is needed.

It was easy to order, which was shipped in good time.
Just had an item missing, but this was quickly rectifed and sent out swiftly

A really good range of products, including delicious and versatile Kilombero rice from Malawi, dried mango from Burkina Faso, and pineapple jam from Kenya, all carefully-packed and delivered speedily.

I was making a kind of hamper to celebrate Fair Trade Fortnight, which this year is from September 22 to October 5.

The delivery was super-speedy and I was very pleased to see such lovely fairtrade items with which to make a fairtrade fortnight stall, and to be able to buy them at a 10% discount for orders over £200.

The website is easy to use - clear and easy to place orders. Customer service is excellent - always someone on the end of the phone and they are helpful dealing with any specific requests.
A small problem I had with my delivery was quickly and courteously sorted.

Although there was a problem with my order you responded quickly and helpfully when told and giving a discount on the incorrect items, supplying the correct ones next day after Monday back in the office and supplying a repeat item after a split rice bag arrived albeit the rice was in good condition. Impressed by your customer service!
