Todd has just completed a very complex job that involved multiple properties with multiple owners. The job was definitely not straight forward and he worked with all owners to find a solution that minimised the impact on everyone. His ability to find different solutions was impressive. He was punctual and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend Todd to anyone.

Was recommended this company from seven trent water and the service from start to finish was first class. Communication first class, job excellent and cleaned up after themselves. Todd was really informative and explained things in a way we understood.

First-class customer service from start to finish. Needed to upgrade the main water service ASAP for increased flowrate for the new hot water cylinder. The team at JT Pierpoint Utilities moved heaven and earth, including working late, to get the job done at extremely short notice. The job was far from straight forward due to the elevations of our property and tight space. The team were friendly, punctual and cleaned up after job was complete. 10/10 highly recommended and would use them again in the future.

Todd & Tom did a fabulous job . They kindly prioritised our leak & came out at the weekend to repair it . They did a really profession job , found the leak , repaired it & relayed my block paved drive perfectly . Super job 👍

Can’t recommend these guys highly enough, called Todd at 8.45pm Saturday evening due to a water leak on our mains, causing water damage inside our property! After using Todd previously for a leak on a families property I have recently used again when a leak was identified on mine.
I needed the work completing quickly to avoid disruption to other works planned. Todd attended identified and fixed the leak in a timely manner and within the time frames I had.
From previous experiences I was confident enough in Todd to leave him to get on with the job whilst I carried on my daily life.
The site was left clean and tidy following the repair.

After a larger than expected water bill, my partner and I were concerned we had a leak. I found Todd at JT Pierpoint Utilities after a few Google searches and I’m very glad I did. He came out within hours of my first phone call, found the issue incredibly quickly and got things sorted. Excellent service and I’d have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Todd recently did some work for me, I’ve since contacted him regarding another job, once again the service Todd provided was excellent Todd came out within 24 hours and came out of hours and was able to fix the issue with 30 minutes. I can’t recommend Todd enough, thank you.

Todd assessed the work that needed doing as soon he could, quoted the next day and then promptly came out to do the work the week after we called to confirm with him. He is very considerate of your home and tidies up really well, taking all rubble and waste. I was really nervous of the disruption but Todd was very reassuring. The lead pipe replacement in our driveway was more difficult than expected but Todd still made it work with minimal disruption. I would 100% go back to JT Pierpoint for future work, thanks!

Great service, found the leak and fixed it, got through a concrete slab and reinstated all in about 4 hours. If we need any further leak repairs or a replacement for the pipe we know who we are going to.

Found Todd on Seven Trent registered companies list, he responded quickly and came out to quote for the job the following day.
He replaced my old lead pipe with new plastic ready for my builder to start work on my extension.
His work is incredibly neat and he recommended the best place to bring in the new supply to cause the least disruption.
Highly recommend JTPierpoint and will be using in the future.

Todd came out to my Son's house as we needed a leak test due to high water bills. Todd popped up on his day off to turn the water off at the mains. He was incredibly helpful and informative. Would definitely contact him again and highly recommend.

Todd was incredibly helpful and professional. He managed to fit us in a week earlier than scheduled to replace our mains supply line, which was a massive relief for us as we had other work planned. He gave us lots of useful advice and the job was completed to really high standard. Would not hesitate to recommend.
