They don’t even deserve 1 star

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Scammers who should be going to court for scamming people. They pretend to sell “cheap” holiday packages while scamming you to charge extra for better options as soon as you pick up the phone. Their agent Benjamin made me overpay £400 promising 5 star hotel and transfers that actually already included in the price. They put you in the worst hotels and clearly make a lot of money on the difference. We suffered good poisoning and spent a lot of money on the medicine and most importantly risked our health. I urge people to avoid them and those who “suffered” from their services to report to police!

I am dealing with them at present as they are breaching the fine print of a holiday I booked.
They are denying it making up excuses and won’t give me any money back.

Don't risk your holiday in their hands! Booked a weekend in Paris through Wowcher and they booked the holiday for the wrong month that was selected on Wowcher then refused to get back to me for 9 days, customer service eventually rang me back to tell me I needed to speak to the sales agent about it who had ignored me for a week and a half just bouncing me back and forth. They refused to refund me but fortunately Wowcher gave me a full refund but lost the £40 I paid them directly for breakfasts. Absolute shambles of a company avoid at all costs.

Dreadful

Dreadful. First, through no fault of mine, was unable to go on holiday. Flights cancelled. After an attempt by them to find alternative flights was told there were no other flights available. So I asked for a refund. Was told by a very rude man that it wasn’t their fault the flights were cancelled and that they were not responsible for refunding my holiday. Told me to claim off my insurance. To do that though you need to get a cancellation invoice from the company but after many phone calls still have not received. Total rip off from beginning to end.

I have had a very positive experience…

I have had a very positive experience with Stanley talking me through my options and making changes to the booking as dates changed and my parents missed their flight. He called me back and so did other colleagues when they could not get me. My only criticism is the delay in answering emails because I was chasing on some information. Otherwise, my parents are enjoying themselves on holiday.

Stay away!

Utter disgraceful experience! I put a deposit down for a holiday with the outstanding balance to be paid a few months later. When I called, they said the deal is no longer available (despite me having multiple pieces of paperwork with terms and conditions clearly stating I'm in the right), and the only way to book the holiday is to pay almost double the amount initially agreed upon. Extremely rude and unhelpful, and based on reviews, it's not an exception. These companies should be shut down! Stay away!!!

Found a wonderful package deal on…

Found a wonderful package deal on Wowcher, I booked 3 tickets for 12/03/2022 and waited for the travel agency to call me back to book. They called offering an afternoon departure on the 12th from London Gatwick to our destination with a stop off for 2 hours in a city which was 50mins away from our final destination. No cabin luggage was included within the airline so we would need to pay £28pp extra if we wanted cabin luggage. Next, the agent informed me that they did not have 3 seats available from the connecting flight so we could either change the date of departure or cancel the whole booking but asked us if we would like to go through London Stanstead instead but would need to pay £39pp extra as that airline was a little more expensive. The agent managed to offer a discount by only asking us to pay £39 for 2 tickets as the 3rd passenger was a child and also asked if we were flexible to change dates to the day after and I said yes but would ideally like to fly out on the preferred date we chose. Agent then confirmed the booking for the day after (13th) instead of the day I requested to depart and the agent was so sure he mentioned it to me on the call before booking the confirmation and apparently, I had agreed to fly on the 13th. I did not accept the Stanstead airline for the 13th, the agent said there is also another airport we can travel from on the 12th but mentioned the £39pp extra cost and that it was a direct flight. I informed the agent that I did not agree for the 13th and want the departure for the 12th. The agent changed the booking but could not offer the £39 for 2 discount and I needed to pay fully for 3 heads otherwise there was nothing he could do. I had to go ahead and book the Stanstead journey with an additional £117.00 extra cost.

0 stars (or negative 4 stars) is what they deserve

If there was an option to leave no stars, I would use it. This is a bait-and-switch operation with deplorable customer service. "Fully refundable" actually means "we're keeping your money and asking for more". They tell obvious lies and don't respond to requests for information. "Hayden" was lazy, completely uninspired, and disinterested in changing our arrangements so we could still take a vacation somewhere (we had to change plans due to a change COVID restrictions in the country we wanted to visit). Save yourself a headache and your money: USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY! This one is awful!!

They give the travel industry a bad name

If I could give this company a zero star rating I would. They're appalling. They give the travel industry a bad name. They refuse to give me a full refund for a trip that we cannot take due to the recent lockdown in Austria which we have been advised is in breach of the Package Travel Regulations 2018. They give misleading and confusing information and are not pleasant to deal with when things go wrong. Book with them at your peril.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 🚫

I really wish that I had read these reviews before booking with this company through Wowcher. Upon asking if I could cancel I’ve just been told that it was down to Wowcher which seeing as I have redeemed the voucher it is now clearly down to the merchant which Wowcher themselves have now confirmed. On the item I bought it stated that I would receive no less than 40 hours in my chosen destination and this company are offering me 34 and telling me to increase to 38 it would cost me an additional £20! This is after they knocked it down from and additional £38. In order to book the holiday I had to wait for an email from the company, when I did it was entitled ‘DAVE’ with a small paragraph underneath and an 020 number. Such a rude man and for the holiday details he got me to write them in my notes instead of emailing them?! Honestly it’s so scammy. Do not ever book a holiday with these guys. I’m currently trying to claim this back through the bank and will be reporting it to MSE and UK trading standards.

Absolutely disgusting so rude and aggressive we booked a holiday and my wife said book a hotel room for 3 people 2 adults and 1 kid so we need enough room when we rang him back as on email it said been requested... so we said why it's requested when we pay you for 3 people they guy called him self keith but sounds like Indian or Pakistan etc.. was soo rude to my wife and then I grab the phone shout at him and then he was quite sir sir etc... worse customer service I duno why these companies still in the market.. is anyone can tell me how to approach their main management team director of company etc.. thanks I'm not leaving them like this they full of dirt!! No respect no manners how to talk

First of all booked a holiday which we ended up not being able to go on, so we cancelled it in line with terms and conditions but we’re then told that we would not receive any of our money back from the hotel but could get our money back for the flights, waited 3 weeks and no refund. Called up to be told no they will not offer me a refund on any of it, after going ballistic and putting in a request for listening to the previous call they agreed that they did in fact say I would get a refund for this. We had it confirmed that the flight company had in fact refunded the money but were waiting on the money to clear. 3 months later and no money returned. Just called up to be told that the money hadn’t cleared yet - 3 months later !!!!!!

They’re hoping I give up on this and they get to keep my money. Will be taken further if need be

I wish i could give -1 stars.

I wish i could give -1 stars.
Kept telling me i had to wait until it was cancelled so they could refund me.... despite it being illegal to travel... despite easyjet offering FREE cancellations... Low and behold, it was cancelled and now im only being offered a 1/5 of the money back or a credit note for another holiday. To top it off, the hotel we booked, wasnt even open on the dates we had booked to go there. So no doubt we would have been put in some shoddy hotel if we had actually gone - with a 9month old baby! Poor excuses, poor customer services and if their names really are Nicolas, Colin, David, Paul - i will eat my hat.

Awful customer service. Booked a holiday, paid a deposit and due to covid restrictions not able to go. No refund given, fobbed off by "we can look at changing your dates" and nothing.... no contact since from them.

DISMAL!

only giving them a 1 star because there is no option to give them zero. Possibly the worst holiday booking experience I have ever had. Booked the holiday in November 2019 for May 2020. Obviously COVID came along and ruined everything but this company failed miserably to deal with the matter appropriately. Took three months and a dozen phone calls and emails to get a response, which was to offer an 80% refund, claiming there were"unrecoverable expenses" eventually agreed to this low offer in October 2020 and still waiting for this refund to actually appear. Please do not use this company.

Never ever book with these my parents…

Never ever book with these my parents booked a holiday it was cancelled due to the covid 19 they paid just shy of 1000 euro they cant get their money back. I've been sending emails to them since may 27 in total my parents are still waiting they are in their 70s .shocking customer service. Also they eont send a letter stating why they are only giving them back 670 euro disgraceful company
