Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars. I have been waiting 20 days for the pick up of items I wanted to return. Called them TENS of times and always get the response of we will do our best to pick it up ASAP and nothing happens. Now the return period has finished and I will no longer get my money back because of their incompetence.

the worst…

SHEIN is dwaling with the worst shipping companies ever, I’m not sure is it because they are cheap or what? And JNT is one of them.. un professional service and delivery service and they hire the worst drivers they send you a text asking for the location and after waiting for the whole day they don’t show up and never answer if you ask them whether they are coming or not despite the threatening language that every customer will have only 5 minutes if they don’t answer they will leave so you have to wait for them all day and in return they give you 5 minutes what a joke..

I am beyond frustrated with J&T Express…

I am beyond frustrated with J&T Express in UAE and their incredibly poor service. My parcel, which was supposed to be delivered on the 11th of March, has been mishandled and delayed multiple times due to sheer incompetence.

First, the delivery guy took my parcel to the wrong address in Zakher, and after I provided the correct location, he supposedly passed it on to another delivery person who would bring it to me in Hili. This person then claimed they took it to Zakher again, making the situation even worse. When I called customer service, they assured me that the parcel would definitely arrive on the 12th without fail. Well, here I am on the 12th, and it’s 7 PM. The delivery guy called earlier, and now he says he can’t bring it today at all. How does this happen?

The most frustrating part? Their customer service number is now unreachable, probably because they’re closed, leaving me without any means to escalate or resolve this issue. Meanwhile, their tracking app shows a message claiming I wasn’t at home when the delivery was attempted yesterday. This is completely false! I was home 24/7 waiting for them. To top it off, the app even shows a screenshot of my parcel, but it doesn’t display the whole conversation where the delivery guy was confirming my address—clearly an attempt to cover up their mistake.

I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by the unprofessionalism and lack of accountability shown by J&T Express. This is the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with, and I will never use their services again. I wouldn’t trust them with anything important, and I strongly advise others to avoid using them as well.

Zero stars if I could give them that.

Customer Support sucks!

I’m extremely frustrated right now. I simply asked if it’s possible to extend the delivery time by just one day, yet your support team responded with nothing but rude, generic answers. I understand it’s your policy, but the platform I'm using only offers your courier service—there’s no other option available! My request was a simple one: I need to prevent my order from being returned to the seller due to an unexpected situation. But instead of listening or showing any sense of urgency, you completely ignored my concerns. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when other couriers offer more flexible delivery options and actually take the time to help their customers!

Very bad service - worst delivery company

Very bad service. I've been awaiting all day for my parcel to be delivered as it was "out for delivery" since 9am, only to find out at 7pm that the status was changed to "Customer requests to change delivery time" which is a pure lie as I've never requested that...
Do not use this company!

WORST!

Can you just close down your business to give way to those who actually do the service. ******* ***** ** ****. Furthermore, the j&t in my area has this additional fee per policy,for what? You don't even deliver but make false report of attempts. WORST!

Worst Courier Company ever

J&T Couriers of UAE is the worst courier company that I have ever dealt with. Totally unprofessional. They make fake promises and has the worst customer service. As a matter of fact they do not know what is customer service. Their call center representative give you false and fake information and you keep waiting for the delivery and it never happens. After receiving the shipment in their Distribution center they took more than 7 days to deliver in a small city like Dubai. So be cautious doing any business with them. Do not know why the ecommerce companies deal with them.

J&T Express Vietnam

The company sent the parcel in the wrong province (500km from the actual address) even though the address on the receipt was correct. After checking on the app that the parcel went the wrong direction, I called them and they said that they will fix it. The same day they called me back saying that the parcel will be sent soon, again I said that are you aware that the parcel went to the wrong province ? They had no clue and said that a different department will call me back. Got a new phone call, quite rude this time asking me why did I call and report the issue as they had already contacted the sender about it ? As the sender hadn't told me, I had no clue and instead of apologizing they just kept on going that I should not have called and reported the issue as well as trying to blame me for sending the parcel to the wrong province... Let's see if it even arrives some day... Worst shipping company in South-East Asia, should avoid at any cost.

This delivery app is nonsense, my item was on hold 4days in a row not being delivered as agreed, not even a single update, instead i had to follow up, my item was delayed in the first from the order app, now they added extra baggge. .wtf

Cambodia J&T express.

Cambodia J&T express, the worker is just SO RUDE. because I want him to deliver by the time I'm free, it's not like I'm controlling. Well it's more like him, the delivery man is more CONTROLLING. He even hang up in the middle of the call where I want him to deliver!!

simply grotesque!!!

This is now the second time out of three that we have not received our shipment.

It is simply grotesque. Even if we get a refund of the amount, it is not the solution to the problem. JT Express' primary task is to deliver packages to the specified address – a task that should be straightforward.

This is not a courier company! It is a scam company!

This is not a courier company. It does not exist. It is a fake courier company. BEWARE! I ordered form Temu and received a tracking number. I then received a WhatsApp message from J&T express to say my parcel was out for delivery with Abid Ali and had been signed for. This is absolutely false! I never received the package. I called the number 800 568 on the website and it does not answer...keeps saying our menu options have changed and does not allow you to select any option then hangs up. I will be reporting this company to Federal Public Prosecutor's Office for fraud in Dubai.

PROTECTOR of SCaMMERS

This is one of the many logistics company who are aiding and abetting scammers in the country. They don’t require valid IDs when scammers send parcel for COD and they don’t allow opening of parcels prior paying this scammers just keep on coming using different names and business addresses. They don’t validate business owners who will use their services. If COD then there should be clearing of payment 1-2 days for protection for customers who ends up being scammed but still get their refunds. Do something on your policies as you have always been involved with bad customer reviews!
