The Problem is the Rider Named AR_Christian Bulacan. is very rude to his costumer. I understant his job but in his first attempt to deliver my parcel with the code of JT0008563499041, he sends me a rude message. Fist I sorry for him to for what happened, he can communicate to me properly if there's a problem. I'm at work he can call me but he said when he calls me its automatically drop which is imposible due to some of my clients and to wo workers can call me this afternoon. please make some action to this.
Grossly incompetent
Delivery driver cannot find us so he claims I reject the parcel on three occasions. Given a number to phone to confirm or deny that this is true and I am put on to an automated system which tells me the parcel is out for delivery. Even J&T's own systems do not know what is happening so it is a miracle that anything gets delivered. This is three different parcels I have not received. One delivered to wrong place and two 'I have apparently rejected.'

I didn’t receive my parcel, but I eventually got a refund. However, I’m very disappointed with how J&T handled the situation. They allowed a rider with a known suspension history to return to work, and that same rider ended up stealing my parcel along with many others.
What’s even more unacceptable is that the other riders, who were not at fault, were asked to chip in money to cover the value of the stolen parcels and remittance since the thief rider can no longer be contacted. This is not a proper or fair way to handle such a serious issue.
Proper measures for the stolen items should be handled well by management, not passed on to innocent employees. While I appreciate that I received my refund, my trust in J&T has been completely lost. I hope the management takes accountability and ensures that incidents like this never happen again.
Refund schedule
The schedule for refund is for the convenience of the buyer, but you don't seem to comprehend that. So don't say that "Ba't pa ipapabukas?" because the schedule was intended for a reason. Nakakaabala po kayo, hindi lang po kayo ang nagwowork.

Honestly one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had in Qatar. Temu + J&T Express = delays, zero updates, and rude responses when you try to complain. No professionalism at all. If you’re thinking to order from Temu, be ready for frustration.

Slow Resolutions with J&T logistics CSR
I have issue with the seller and since the seller blocked me Idh choice but to chat with J&T CSR. I reported what happened and they give me proper expectations and reassurance. Then I received a message from them without clear instructions and di man lang nagpa Kilala si atii ko. This company is a disaster
This company is a disaster. Because of their mistake in entering my phone number, I can’t receive my package. The driver was incredibly rude and mocking my urgency. When I contacted support, no one spoke English or gave a clear answer. No follow up, no accountability. Never using them again.
Worst company ever
Worst company ever they keep giving my package to the wrong district driver and when I send them my location they say sorry we don’t deliver to your district and then I get a message that they couldn’t deliver my package because of no answer WTF! Tell now 6 different people had my package with them and asked for my location although I called j&t and told them stop giving my package to the wrong drivers and gave them the right one but here I am still getting these no answer messages while am actually answering them

I’ve used J&T Express many times over the past 2 years, mostly for Shopee and Lazada orders. The delivery is usually fast, and I get real-time updates through SMS and the app. My packages always arrive in good condition, and the riders are polite. Very satisfied with their service.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience with J&T Express. I tried to update my phone number so the courier could contact me when arriving at my house, but reaching customer service was nearly impossible. Most of the phone numbers provided were either unavailable or directed me to call back later. I also sent an email, but after 48 hours, I still have not received a response.
When I finally managed to speak with a representative, they informed me that I needed to update my phone number through the merchant and that the change would only take effect on my next order. This solution does not help with my current delivery, which I have been waiting for.
I believe there should be a more efficient way to update contact information directly with the courier to avoid wasting both their time and mine. Overall, I am very unhappy with their service.

I would like to raise a concern regarding the service of one of your delivery riders, Hywell P., based in Irisan, Baguio City. Unfortunately, my experience with him has been consistently unprofessional and unhelpful.
During a recent delivery, I informed him that I was heading to town and requested that the parcel be delivered directly to my house, as someone was available to receive it. Despite this, he insisted that I personally receive the package and refused to leave it at my residence. I was surprised by his insistence, especially since my house is quite far from where we met. I had to rush back home just to leave the parcel.
To make matters worse, as I was heading back to town, I saw him delivering other parcels in the area, including addresses near my house. This indicates that he could have easily delivered my package as requested.
This is not the first time I’ve encountered issues with this rider. On several occasions, he has left parcels at a nearby store without informing or checking if anyone is home to receive them. This lack of communication and disregard for proper delivery procedures is unacceptable.
I hope appropriate action is taken to ensure better service in the future.

The moment I saw that J&T Express would be handling my Sony headset delivery, I already felt upset and true enough, it took over ten days to arrive. No proper updates, poor tracking, and zero communication. Honestly, I’ve never experienced this kind of delay with Flash. J&T really needs to improve, this level of service is just hopeless.
