Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, after purchased online, received a email ask for the size of room so I email back the size of room, then they tell me no stock, are you joking? You should tell me that on the first email. If you have no stock why you ask for the size of room?

Sorry to hear you unhappy with our service. We asked for the size of your room/s as we only had part rolls left in stock and wanted to see if the sizes of these would match to the sizes you needed. Unfortunately they didn't and as the manufacturer could not supply any further stock we did our best to help by offering alternatives. Hardly 'horrible customer service' especially as we contacted you the same day you placed the order to explain the situation.

I placed an order for some sparkle…
I placed an order for some sparkle vinyl for an en-suite. A couple of days later I received an email informing me the vinyl was actually out of stock and due to the situation at present new supplies would be unlikely for some time. I was shown the same colour but not sparkle as an alternative which I wasn’t keen on so I requested a refund saying it was really sparkle that I wanted. Damien showed me a different colour with sparkle, I couldn’t quite make it out so he sent a larger picture. I said that would be fine and that I would pay any difference via PayPal. I then received an email telling me that the new vinyl was more expensive but as a good will gesture he would not be charging me any extra for be understanding about my first choice being out of stock. Damiens customer service was amazing from start to finish and he is most certainly most professional in his attitude to his customers. I cannot recommend this company high enough.
