The UK Flooring Depot were really efficient in delivering my order. The laminate I got looks even nicer than the photos online. Solid and very good quality. The delivery was super fast. I placed my order on Friday and it’s arrived on Tuesday, and it was a bank holiday weekend. Really chuffed. Definitely will earmark this company for future orders. Service like this is hard to find.

I recently purchased flooring from UK Flooring Depot and I am very happy with the service. The staff were very helpful and guided me to choose the right product for my home. The quality of the flooring is excellent and the price was very reasonable compared to other shops. Delivery was also fast and everything arrived in good condition. I was kept informed at each stage of the order and the delivery. The flooring is looking good and has lived up to my expectations. I would have given a 5 star rating but the order was delayed by a week unfortunately.

Great delivery service made it arrive on time the only issue the product was not loaded with care so all top planks were damaged i reported this i am sure they will do something about it

Kashar Carpets are of the very highest standards. They are incredibly unique, versatile and affordable. The staff here are very knowledgeable, well mannered and helpful.
Currently, there are some FREE miniature rugs available and some cheap but quality style rugs also available.

Never ever buy from this retailer , real scammers and abusive racist people . I have the phone call recorded for the proof .

I ordered a free sample of flooring which was delivered as promised. Unfortunately it wasn’t what I was looking for so I didn’t purchase anything from uk flooring depot, but I wouldn’t hesitate in dealing with them again in future.

After speaking to Rahat (customer service operative) my order was rectified immediately. There appeared to be a mix up with the delivery. He assured me that everything would be personally handled by himself to ensure the correct product was sent to me. I have now received the product which was securely packaged and I am yet to check the contents. However, I am quietly confident that he has got it right this time. Thank you Rahat for your prompt response 👍

I bought a rug from here and I'm really happy. The quality is good and there were many options to choose from. Staff were friendly and gave useful advice. The price was fair and the whole process was easy. I would definitely recommend this shop.
