The ducks I ordered look exactly like my son. I got them as Christmas gifts, and I can hardly wait to see them opened up on Christmas day.
Delivery was as promised.

I ordered a personalized wedding dress hanger. Unfortunately, I discovered shortly afterwards that Joymemento had stolen the product photos for this hanger from an Etsy seller. I also ordered the "original" hanger from Etsy because I was worried I had fallen for a fake shop or would receive an unusable, low-quality product. That turned out to be the right decision. While I did receive a hanger from Joymemento, it really doesn't look good compared to the original from Etsy and is certainly not worthy of holding a wedding dress. Honestly, I find it pretty unfair to simply copy photos from other shops and sell customers inferior junk. I subsequently opened a dispute with PayPal, and fortunately, I got my money back immediately.

They don’t sell what they advertise. My mug was a some cheap 2D substitute and nothing like the 3D image displayed. Very disappointing.

The doll doesn't stand well on the base just with the small stickers.

Every good service happy with item would order from you again.

It’s just another scamming site. They make their money by only issuing a certain % of your initial outlay. The item I ordered hadn’t even been manufactured yet, but they do ask you to kindly be patient. What a joke. Stay away from this site!

I ordered a little sea glass mosaic kit. Inside it said there were instructions to complete the design. The instructions were for a completely different design than what was on the box and there is no way that these little rocks would ever make anything like the picture on the front totally disappointed. Took ages to arrive definitely not value for money. I would warn people to be aware before they even think of buying from this company.

I was specifically searching for this particular medic alert bracelet. I had one that I purchased and worn for over 30 years. Over time, medical issues change so I needed to update my most urgent concern to speak for me if I am unable to do so. The one special feature was the bracelet fit around my wrist, was oval shaped to conform to my wrist. No flopping around and very comfortable. I highly recommend this bracelet. It's a very simple look that blends well with other jewelry you may wear. Shipping and delivery took about a week or 10 day or so. I'm very pleasd with my purchase!

You sent me stickers instead of 2 bibles to the amount of 347.00. Please refund immediately!

Low quality. The thread provided was the lowest quality, fuzzy thin sewing thread. The book is cute but poorly designed - you would have to remove the pages and cut them apart to practice stitches on them properly. The instructions are printed in grey ink and tiny font - impossible for my older eyes to read.

You attended to my order as you should and it has arrived safely. I'm a bit disappointed that the whole front of the shop is flat as I thought the door would be opened not just a picture but I'll give it to my granddaughter anyway. Thank you for your service.

Ordering online was very simple and delivery was quick. All the products came with everything needed to complete. I can’t wait to get started on these. My grandchildren are going to help and we will have Christmas gifts for everybody.

This is an incredible item! It was easy to order and to upload the custom picture. The item shipped fast. This charm was very well made and the picture was clear. An incredible gift for my daughter that she will have forever!
