I recently placed an order for prescription glasses from Jollynova. I received them and they have been great. I was in real need as my other glasses had broken...they expedited delivery. The cost, quality of materials and style are top notch. A comparable product at other stores would have been at least 4x as much. I have placed another order with Jollynova. I forgot to order replacement nose pads with the order..I contacted them about adding to the order - and they are including at no charge. Awesome. I totally recommend Jollynova to anyone needing stylish eyeware at a very reasonable price.

Had an issue with the prescription and Daniel correctedthe problem and sent me a new pair of glasses. He made contact with me to ensure all was going well with the process before shipping them out. Thanks for his patient and help. I will order another pair very soon.

I’ve purchased several pairs of high index progressives from Jollynova and have been pleased with the quality every time. The frames and lenses are well made and fashion forward for an excellent price point. On average, it took about 2 1/2 weeks from ordering to receipt, with easy tracking via the Shop app. Jollynova’s website could be a bit more user friendly but their customer service has been excellent, with prompt responses.

Jollynova is a great place to get glasses from, very easy process and good prices! We had a small mix up with my first order but they resolved it very quickly and nicely with great customer service. Would definitely buy from again!

Received my prescription glasses today. Prescription lenses were exact and the frames are better quality than the designer brand I previously had. Will definitely be getting my glasses from Jollynova moving forward.

I will start that this review is based on my second order from JollyNova. My first order went smoothly. The fit was good and the prescription, include progressive lenses, was excellent. This is why I ordered a second and third pair of glasses.

My second order is a concern. When I asked for a status update, to their credit, they did respond in a timely fashion.

However they noted "Our factory is currently relocating, so there may be a slight delay in shipping. We hope you can understand."

I am willing to be patient, based on the experience in my first order. However, they should have been much more proactive in providing the update regarding the factory relocation.

As of today, I do not have a clear date when the glasses will be built, let alone delivered. As these are shipped overseas, I am willing to be flexible on timelines as these are typically outside the manufacturer's control. However, having no firm date of manufacture or source shipping date has left a bad taste in my mouth, considering they already have my money.

If this had been my first order, my review would have been much lower.

Initially hesitant about buying eyeglasses from Jollynova but upon receipt of my first pairs....all my qualms fell by the wayside. There are abundant and many creative frames to satisfy your needs. Crap. Waited forever to get. Can't see a damn thing form 2.5 readers

I try to give credit where credit is due. I ordered two pair of reading glasses from Jollynova and after sending my order, I immediately canceled after reading the negative reviews here. They promptly canceled and issued a refund. Two weeks later, they sent me the glasses anyway without charging me. That was far beyond my expectations. The quality was about what I was expecting and I'd like to see them do well. If they continue to focus on the customer, they will build a great business and now I'm cheering them on.

Because a lot of people complain about slow delivery I must say they arrived on time if you know there send from China. I live in Sweden and 3 weeks is a good delivery period. Often takes 2 weeks to get stuff from exg Germany. Quality of glasses are good. Only thing I want to mention is that the colors are far less vibrant than on the website. I chose Kenn vintage in yellow. It's more like mustard yellow and the legs are just dark. One does notice by the pouch that they are no premium glasses. But they good and well built. And do come with a pouch and well packed in the delivery box. Probably will order again.

JollyNova’s quality and service is outstanding. I had a very minor issue that did not affect the functionality of the glasses and JollyNova responded by replacing them. I can’t recommend JollyNova highly enough. Thank you JollyNova.

It took a little longer than expected to receive my prescription glasses, but the glasses fit perfect, look great and seem to be of good quality. Company was responsive to email. I’d definitely buy another pair.

I have already left a 5 star review for the glasses I purchased and have to do the same for the customer service. I lost one of the little rubber nose pads and had to order spares. The first package got lost in transit and I was disappointed BUT… when I asked for help the customer service was fast, efficient and very friendly. I have my nose pads (and plenty if I need them) and am very happy with my experience with Jolly Nova. I am excited to buy new and interesting pairs in the future.
