Manager being openly ableist
I overheard the new manager say something vile about another member of staff. For clarifaction one of the members of staff has a visable disability and the manager said "I dont know why he was hired he looks half dead". As someone who has people in my family with disabilites i think this is vile and i will be taking my money elsewhere and i urge others to do the same.

When my partner and I visited our local…
When my partner and I visited our local store, you had boxes of 150 fat balls outside with no price on them. I asked the assistant how much they were, and he replied that they were £7.99. We purchased a box and also bought several different dog food brands. When I received the till receipt by email, I found we had been charged £28 for the fat balls. As a result we have decided not to purchase from you again.
