Communication when it comes to…

Communication when it comes to maintenance should be more effective and quicker to take action. Problems should be fixed 1-2 days at max as if i were managing my home by myself.

Recommended

I had an excellent experience with Dovevivo; they were incredibly understanding and helpful throughout my entire stay. I appreciated their timely communication. Although some issues took a bit longer to settle, the staff remained attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable co-living space.

No bedbugs...?

I do not know where all these 5 star ratings came hahaha... if you take in the lower price in the calculation I can still only give this service 2/5 stars.

+ No bedbugs (we covered the mattress with two plastic covers)
+ easy to get the keyes
+ not super expencive

- almost impossible to get in touch if something is wrong. I promise you that it will take them a week to respond to a gas leak and a two/three months to anything less. (After 3m they are now replasing my chair...?)

- the room is "prechecked"(automatically approved) before you move in. Mine was (and still is) covered in black marks in the walls and I am just waiting for them to blame me for them (and for the holes in the walls and roof).

- the absolute worst customer service I have ever recieved

Hustlers with twisted contracts

Hustlers with twisted contracts. Good morning to everyone if you are looking for a room DON´T LOOK FOR HERE. They charged an Administration fee coming from nowhere for get you contract of the room for 225€ and for finish it again other 225€ that makes 450€ for do their job 10 minutes. if you cancel the contract with them they charge you other 500€ with no option of get another room. Then to get the key they put you conditions where if you are late they overcharge you other 75€ I agree people should not be late but your time is no worth it more than the time of other persons and specially if you have an office where the people can get the keys on business hours. This is not everything they work with third webpages that charges you other 500€ for put you in contact with them. Said this please try to find direct contact with property this middle person companies just want your money and fast is not the right people to make business with.

Thank you for your feedback. All fees outlined are standard and clearly stated in the agreement prior to booking.
Regarding the €75 late check-in fee, we would like to point out that this penalty was never applied.
In case of cancellation, as clearly stated in the contract and communicated in advance via chat by the colleague to you, the tenant will lose the  confirmation deposit, as in your case. 
We always strive to be transparent and fair, and all conditions are clearly communicated in advance to avoid misunderstandings.

I had a brilliant stay with the Joivy team in Edinburgh! The property was great, but the service was even better. A special thanks to George and the team for being so helpful and accommodating with my Amazon delivery order. They went above and beyond to make sure I got my parcel safely. Highly recommend staying with them!

For the money: Lots of opportunities to improve

Entry to the apartment flooring heavily stained and not welcoming

As a Marriott Bonvoy frequent traveler you are become use to a certain standard.
91 Jermyn is an Excellent LOCATION! The apartment is very neutrally decorated and offers a calming environment.

Areas to improve
Tea pot dirty cracked -required soaking
Kitchen tools like knives unusable could not cut an onion
Equipment, such as pans scratched and clearly past their prime

Linens heavily stained
Overall compared to the prior week spent in also though a Marriott Villas the only comparable is the get location.

No starter/welcome kit of any kind

I understand your location will get you the initial visit but I doubt I will return.

Lovely House with great connection to public transfer

Everything was perfect arranged and quite easy for us to handle. Appartment/ House was really lovely and very authentic and stylish decorated. We loved it. We hat just some problems by using the shower and had to check where all the stuff for daily life is located.
