Absolutely terrible agents.
If you are a landlord please avoid these people or you will be faced with issues relating to mismanagement.
I have been waiting for tenancy documentation from the Sutton Coldfield practice for 7 weeks and still not received such documentation. I cannot file a section 21 notice without this information.
You will not be able to get through and you will not be provided with sound advice.
They are simply taking on lots of properties without being able to manage them effectively.
From start to finish this 'Team' at John Shepherd have been amazing!!

Thank you for turning a bad experience into a positive one. These days it seems that landlords often get the raw end of the deal but when you have an sympathetic ear hearing your concerns and working with you it really helps.

The Sutton Cold Field team namely Julie & Leah are shocking at customer service, with holding our deposit for no reason due to their inability provide us with a inventory of the property and accusing my partner of not handing a key when they have now "found"it as it was simply not handed in by their office team members. When you call they dont answer for a day and when you email there is no response either. I will definitely not recommend sending them any money as they are NOT trustworthy. Stay clear, I will not be sworn either, the manager of this branch is shocking!!!

Our last tenant has been absolutely horrendous. He has done nothing but try to harrass us and left us with a filthy dirty house and if it hadn't been for Leah (Martindale) I don't know what we would have done.
Leah has been an absolute star and stuck her ground with him which must have been so difficult considering how he spoke and treated her.
John Shepherd (Four Oaks) helped us rent out our property in just few weeks - excellent service! I would like to give my special thanks to Marilena. She is friendly, helpful and professional!!! Very happy experience!
