Charlie & Prez came to finish installation of flooring we had them do the whole property I can honestly say you will not find a better company than John Doe the quality of there products the helpfulness of the staff
Charlie and Prez and the rest of the team were fab friendly polite nothing was too much trouble and their workmanship is of the highest standard I cannot recommend Joe Doe highly enough and their workmanship guys that work for are a credit to the company

Mattress Delivery
Simon and Scott delivered our mattress today. Simon phoned 20 minutes before delivery to let us know that delivery was imminent.
Very professional team.They removed the old mattress and replaced with the new one and Simon explained all the after care procedures for the new mattress.

Simon and Scott phoned 30 mins ahead to confirm they were on their way as we were last delivery of the day and they were running a little behind. Sofas put in position and everything clearly explained re use and maintenance, and made sure we were happy before leaving. Very pleased with the service we received from these guys and the J Doe in general.

Great Service
We received a call from Simon and Scott half an hour before delivery so we were able to prepare the space. The delivery was on time and both Simon and Scott were polite, friendly and helpful and are a credit to John Doe.

Great service from Stuart at Diss , but today the delivery guys Simon and Andrew were the best guys ever .
Nothing too much tidy and courteous, rang before .
Plus happy with furniture, draws little stiff though.

Simon & Scott were brilliant when delivering our extremely heavy new Dining table & chairs. Great care was taken in carrying/assembling it & the 8 chairs before inspecting it & demonstrating the folding mechanism.
