Great product for your pilot and dispatcher tests. If only it had a longer validity without having to extend validity with a purchase would have been perfect.

Efficient test prep

I have used JobTestPrep’s wide range of tests to prepare for online assessments (from SHL Questionnaire to Abstract Reasoning tests) and I can only recommend it. The simulation tests, accompanying guides and step-by-step explanations provided have enabled me to prepare efficiently for the real tests, supported by a 24/7 excellent, fast and reliable customer care.

The SHL Practice Tests were so helpful as it helped me to did a great at SHL psychometric tests. The practice teach you a specific techniques and approach to solve the question timely as the time is hardest part at psychometric tests. A explicit answer with a tips to solve each level of questions were provided which is an eye opener to anyone who’s eager to be a leader .

Increases your job chances

You don't want to compete against applicants who have practiced the test you are going to take multiple times. Honestly one of the best test practicing websites. Doubled my score in some cognitive tests.

Could not access my test package at all

I ordered the Clio Finance Test Package off Job Test Prep.
I could not access it at all, very buggy website redirecting me to the same page every time and absolutely useless customer service not responding to a single query.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS USELSS COMPANY

For SHL tests - Worth the money

For SHL tests - Thorough material - many practice tests, Videos, Tutorials. Definitely makes a difference to be prepared and practice before job test assessments, as these are competitive. Would definitely recommend taking atleast a week or before of your tests. This gives enough time to ace the tests.

Great tests, awful experience

I´ve used them to prepare multiple tests for positions in different companies.
Pros: their tests are great for preparation. Very useful.
Cons: their IT and website is beyond awful. I keep getting locked out of my account, over & over.

A very accurate aptitude test

I purchased the this preparation test since the day after I would attend the real test, and the preparation it gave me was really accurate compared to the real test!
The instructions and the time given at the beginning of each exercise are really accurate. The best thing is that if you prepare yourself you'll be less anxious while taking the real test.

Think Twice

I paid for the pricey site and the tests are ok, but there is only one test for the section which I need, so I can't really test diligently.

Main issue: the support email does not work and bounces back with the message:

"550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. [DB5PEPF00014B8F.eurprd02.prod.outlook.com 2024-10-10T14:33:23.013Z 08DCE5F67C358F8A]"

It claims to have a money back guarantee, but obviously if you cannot reach anyone, you won't see your money back.

Please avoid JobTestPrep at all costs

TLDR: There are deep-rooted technical issues with JobTestPrep's website. Please avoid it at all costs because the website doesn't even work properly.
I have gone out of my way to register an account on TrustPilot, and this is my first time ever writing a negative review about any company. I registered on JobTestPrep on the 10th of September and bought the £99 pack with 3 PrepPacks. The website did not work. Every time I tried to add a PrepPack, no PrepPacks would load, which seems to be echoed by the other 1* reviews on here. I tried for about an hour, typing in different names of psychometric tests and no PrepPacks would load. I thought this might have been an issue with my laptop, and not the website itself, so I tried using my iPad. Again, no PrepPacks would come up, despite searching for the PrepPacks using the search bar. I thought I was the one being extremely stupid, and assumed that I was the one doing something wrong, so I watched JobTestPrep's tutorial online. In the video, they typed in 'wonderlic practice' and the PrepPacks showed up for them in the video. Even though I did this earlier, but with names of different psychometric tests, I decided to attempt it again. I searched 'wonderlic practice' just like in the video and my previous actions, but none of the PrepPacks showed up and it was then I realised there appeared to be an issue with the website, and there was nothing wrong with my laptop or iPad. After this, I had my friend log into my account on his computer to see if he also encountered this issue before I made a refund request. He encountered the same issue, and so I made the refund request. Whilst the customer service response was very fast, they refused to acknowledge my request for a refund and instead recommended clearing my cache. But, on the 13th of September, when I tried logging into my account, I could not log in. I tried to log in on my laptop, and then my iPad, and it would say the same following thing: "Oops, account not found." Since I could log in a few days prior, and now I could not, I reasonably assumed at the time that JobTestPrep deleted my account without my permission or knowledge. Therefore, I filed a second refund request. A customer service agent later replied, asking me to 'send us the link to the practice you need and we will have the login taken care of', which was unhelpful because I asked to have a full refund multiple times at that point, and it was ignored. To top it off, it later turns out my account wasn't 'deleted', but there was 'an issue we are working with our technical team to get resolved.'
Since I was never able to access the PrepPacks, and therefore couldn't use any of the PrepPacks, I shall not comment on the quality of the product since I've been unable to access it due to JobTestPrep's technical issues.
Because of this back-and-forth and JobTestPrep refusing to acknowledge my requests for a refund, I had to call my bank and dispute the charge. Had JobTestPrep just complied with my initial request for a refund, I would not have gone out of my way to register on TrustPilot and make this negative review. Neither would I have had to call my bank. I probably would have also at least had some sort of positive impression from the fast customer service. But JobTestPrep ruined that by continuously refusing to acknowledge my requests for a refund and asking me to try unhelpful things like clearing my cache, which in hindsight would not have worked since it seems that there are deep-rooted technical issues with the website itself. This could be supported by the fact that I tried with three different devices, one of which wasn't even mine because I asked my friend to double-check on his computer before making a refund request.
I am making this review to warn other university students like myself because £99 is almost equivalent to 5 weeks worth of my weekly shopping at university. And I couldn't even access the product.
In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed and now my friends and I are never going to use this website. Hopefully, I can get my money back because £99 is a lot of money for a product that I couldn't even use.
Thank you for reading my experience, and I hope this review was helpful, especially for other university students :)

Elitism at its finest

It is incredibly disheartening that an educational resource so critical to professional success is priced in a way that creates a wealth gap, effectively limiting access for individuals from less privileged financial backgrounds. The price tag places an unfair barrier between candidates who can afford it and those who cannot.
By making access to these materials so expensive, they are contributing to systemic inequality, which goes against the principle of fair opportunity.
Providing equal opportunities for professional development should be a priority for any educational platform. Continuing to uphold this pricing structure is not only exclusionary, but it also perpetuates a system where only the financially privileged can thrive. I cannot, in good faith, recommend.

Update: I sent an email to them addressing my concerns. In response I received an email, verbatim, that said "Hello. OK, thank you for your feedback. We can offer you a 10% coupon." There was no sign-off, no genuine apology, not even any sort of recognition of a problem. The reply lacks ALL engagement and empathy, and clearly demonstrates the company's primary concern lies with maximizing profits. They want to squeeze you for all your worth. Honestly, appalling.

I bought the 2 day preppack since I am…

I bought the 2 day preppack since I am taking the test in a couple of days and it acted like I did not purchase it. There is no one to call. I had to dispute with my credit card company. I felt scammed and stupid for taking the free test and then immediately trusting this website.

Good Experience with Support (Refund)

In an impulsive moment, I purchased a prePack for around $70. The website didn’t work, and I felt scammed. I searched for reviews online and found many people claiming they had been cheated, which made me feel foolish. However, I didn't lose hope. I found the support email addresses and sent a message to "c.serv@..." requesting a refund due to the issue I encountered. The next day, they responded, asking for details about the problem. I provided all the necessary information, and they finally informed me that they would refund my money. Later, I received an email stating that the money would arrive in my bank account within a few days. It has now been almost two weeks, and today I finally saw the money returned to my bank account. That’s why I am grateful and happy because, in the end, I was not scammed. (:

Low attention to detail, tech issues, dated website

I won't recommend this product for the price (gbp40 i paid), my key issue is the errors (spelling, grammar, text missing) in the questions - which are frustrating to deal with. I still got some value out of it so 3/5 stars.

Cons:
- questions have errors in them (obvious spelling mistakes)
- for some questions, the text is missing so you can't answer it
- I faced tech issues with the website with payment

Pro:
- you get practice test and materials (written and video) that are generally decent.

An account with all earlier purchased packages deleted

I purchased by accident a one-month subscription instead of a 3-month subscription. I contacted support right away. They offered a refund BUT deleted my existing account! It means I could neither log in with my account nor sign up as the system said "the user already exists".
Support explained that the only solution was to create a new e-mail address just to be able to sign up and use JobTestPrep. Very inconvenient and lots of time was wasted on communication back and forth.
Besides all my earlier purchased packages were deleted together with my original account!!!
