Excellent experience with JL Brooks…

Excellent experience with JL Brooks from start to finish.

The products were exactly as described, competitively priced, and represented great value for money. My order was packed extremely well, with everything arriving in perfect condition.

Delivery was handled by DPD and was completely hassle-free. The parcel arrived on time, tracking updates were accurate, and the whole process was smooth and professional.

It's refreshing to deal with a company that gets the basics right: good products, fair prices, careful packaging, and reliable delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to order from JL Brooks again and would happily recommend them to others.

Ordered and paid. Then you said you had no stock. Rubbish service is an understatement!

My order was great

My order was great, , but delivery was not good,it was very quick,but the delivery man was not nice at all, I asked him if he could pick it up for me as it was very heavy, he did not looked pleased& just dumped it in my arms I nearly fell backwards. I am 80 years old & would have expected it to be put just inside my door,it was 48 cans of drink for my grandchildren.

Great service from JL Brooks but poor DPD delivery.

Great service as always. Love this drink. DPD let you down on this one as they didn’t bother ringing doorbell just dumped boxes directly outside my front door. When asked to put in garage he proceeded to put it back in his van saying he only had one minute to unload. Then next morning two more boxes dumped outside then later that day two more boxes left outside my front door. Total of four deliveries for one order. This is not a reflection of JL Brooks just how poor DPD operated.

Damaged packaging …

I ordered a box of crisps they arrived battered and squashed at least a third of the packets were in bits. I ordered due to price and j l brooks stated on the website that they double boxed. That we’re not double boxed hence the damage.

i dislike the fact that it was…

i dislike the fact that it was delivered to wrong Adresse just two mins away the lady called on me told me she had to get them two flight of stairs i then had to get someone to help me bring them home i did send email to your selfs .

Boxes of crisps were damaged

Boxes of crisps were damaged due to no being put in separate box but just taped together.
Normally they are shipped in pairs together in one strong box

I have requested that all stock is sent out in a box and not dispatched without extra protective coverage. The intention behind the original packing method was to reduce waste and improve sustainability, but this should never come at the expense of products arriving in a damaged condition.
We will review our packing process to make sure items are better protected going forward.

Excellent service

Excellent service, i'm only a private individual not a trader but my delivery was on time, products well dated and when there was an out of stock item it was delivered 2 days later at no extra charge

Good selection of products

Good selection of products, good prices and delivery is always quick. Just let down by extortionate postage costs. Several times I've reduced my order massively just to get the postage cost vaguely palatable. If they could fix that I'd use them more.
