I approached my first purchase with JK Distro with high expectations, specifically timing my order to hit the pre-4/20 drop. Unfortunately, the experience was a masterclass in how to lose a first-time customer through rigid, automated service and a lack of back-end initiative.

The Issue:
Shortly after ordering, I reached out to request a minor modification. Rather than providing a solution, I was told I had to reorder. Before I could confirm that the original strains were even still in stock to facilitate that reorder, they unilaterally canceled my original transaction. Because the drop was high-demand, the strains I selected sold out immediately.

The Professional Perspective:
I am not a casual critic; I previously managed the shipping department for a compounding pharmacy, handling thousands of daily shipments under strict FDA guidelines with significantly faster turnaround and higher service standards. I know for a fact that order modifications can be handled on the back end without nuking a customer’s reservation.

The Fallout:

Lost Product: I lost my original strain selection due to their premature cancellation.

Inadequate Recovery: A $30 credit does not compensate for several hours of lost time or the frustration of receiving a 'second-choice' order that doesn't meet my original needs.

Poor CX: Being told 'there is nothing we can do' when the error was caused by their failure to read a message fully is unacceptable for a company of this scale.

As a first-time buyer, I am left with a sour taste. If you value your time and want to ensure the items you actually select make it into the box, be aware that their 'solution' for minor issues is to hit the delete button and leave you unhappy. I was okay not making a change on my order.

JK distro is truly the best out there! They offer fantastic prices, and their customer service is top-notch. I recently had a minor issue with a product, and M got back to me promptly and resolved it in just one message.

Update: Monday April, 20th. Placed an order on April 15, got here today on the 20th. 5 days from west Coast to east Coast, ain't bad. Ordered the qp of shake and smalls. Was a little dry, but still potent af. Lol. Good medicine, will be ordering more.

They've always had great product at the best price available online. Ive only experienced one issue and that was a product was sold out right as I check out with it in my cart. They offered me a replacement or refund. Im glad I went with the replacement because it was still amazing! I love the free gram samples and little gifts! The stickers are cute, theres some really nice key chains, and I've been surprised to get a bottle opener and lighter holder on a reel.

The best in the business. No need look anywhere else. Everything from ease of finding what you want, To price, qaulity, customer service, everything they do is the very best. I have been completely happy with everything. For a long time now.

I've been a customer for along time now and tried numerous products. I highly recommend this business for it's amazing variety of legal hemp products at very reasonable prices. I mostly purchase 7 gram bags and small or premium ounces of flower but their crumble is very high quality and for the price of a gram they always add a little over its between 1.28 & 1.43 so I'm always pleased to get my JK box.
They always include a sample gram , cute stickers & promo items like keychains or wristbands that have become my cat Marvins favorite toys.
The variety of strains is incredible I have tried at least 100 strains by now but they are always offering new & different strains for me to try. Overall this is a very great company they care about the customer and it shows.

Everytime I deal with JK Distro it is a pleasure. Easy, convenient and always consistent.
