IMO I think online companies completely changed what they where doing around the beginning of the year, possibly due to upcoming law changes. My eyes have seen a change, with most recent reviews being negative and it seems like they put out bot 5 star reviews to cope. Idk decide for yourself i guess.

It has now been over a week since I’ve even gotten an update from this company. I’ve reached out numerous times in numerous ways, and not 1 person has been able to do anything. Not only not helping, they literally do nothing and I was told they cannot communicate with their own warehouse because it’s in a different state… In 40+ years on this earth I have never seen a place work so hard at NOT HELPING CUSTOMERS.
Hopefully at least 1 person sees this and saves their money before they get screwed over like I have. At this point I am unsure if this place is a scam. Hopefully someone at JkDistro can figure out how to communicate with your customers.

I still haven't got a tracking number its order on 4/28 an never got answer so anyone reading this dont buy from this place they will rip you off an wont do anything about it it messed up fr

JK Distro is great! They really are the people’s plug. It’s super easy to place an order and the customer service is awesome. I definitely recommend checking them out if you haven’t already. ❤️

The 7 gram bags are the best thing going

Look all I kno is i ordered something from JK on the 27th of April. And today is May 3rd and I still haven't gotten a tracking number or anything stating my order was shipped out or anything. They took my money and now im just left wondering how and when im going to get my order or money back. If I don't hear anything back from JK by Monday May 4th. Im going to look into getting me a lawyer and sue. I basically got robbed

Today is the 5th day where as my order has been in limbo. Placed my order Monday night 4/27 and still nothing. I reached out to customer service for three days straight and on the second day which was Thursday 4/30 I still haven't received any response as yet. I don't know what type of games this company wants to play but I definitely have time to play with y'all. $91.38 isn't chump change so I'm expecting my money back or my product and of course you will tell me I can't get my money back. Please be careful everyone before making a decision on purchasing from this company. You're honestly taking a chance with your money

Been ordering from for over a year now and they’ve never sent me a bad order. Every month it’s been straight gas.

And with all the supply chaos and federal pressure hanging over the THCa scene right now, I can respect the fact they’ve still kept things moving. People online blow things way out of proportion the second a package takes longer than expected and instantly start melting down on customer support like maniacs. Meanwhile my experience’s been 99% consistently solid the whole time. I'll be here until November and hopefully after that if something is done about the change.

Good flower, fair people, dependable company. Hard to ask for much more these days.

I made an order back on April 20th, as of April 27 , my order still hasn't even been processed yet, the shipping label hasn't even been created yet.

I can't tell the last time I ordered anything and it took 7+ days just to process the order and I've ordered from shein AND temu.

No emails or any kind of communication about the reason for the lengthy delay or anything. I sent another message to customer service today and still no response. Just feels like the owner is running an ONLINE business with OFFLINE rules like not being available on the weekends which is crazy to think of an ONLINE business in 2026 being closed on the weekends and now there's this backlog that's so huge it's taking two weeks to process orders. Gee I wonder why. Just disgusted with the service. If there are any issues with the order just know you'll realize just how little they care about their clients.

Update :
The company just asked me to provide my order number for the sole purpose of procuring the illusion that they actually care. They didn't reach out to me , customer service to was useless as always . It's just a tactic to ensure that their response rate stays high on trust pilot unfortunately the same can't be said about their actual service.

24 hours after my complaint that my product hasn't even been shipped in 8 days with zero communication, i'm currently in the process of asking for a refund which again has been met with zero responses.

It's crazy because since you won't be able to fulfill any more orders after November at all you'd think u held on to your customers until then not push them to the competitor. I'll give an update of the results of them getting around to processing my refund or the fraudulent charge claim I'll file with my bank for goods not delivered, which ever comes first, which based on their disgusting attitude towards actually providing customer service ( which is practically non-existent) most likely gonna be a lengthy fraudulent claim dispute. I'll provide an update so anyone reading this can get an idea of the kind of customer service they can expect to get from them

Finale update: 4/29. After waiting 9 days for them to even get as far to point the shipping label, I was able to get a refund as it still wouldn't have been ready today. Never again.

Been using JK probably around 3 years only had one slight problem and it was the post offices fault, was fixed in a week 💯 I buy a lot,probably in the last 3 years probably around a quarter pound a month 💯

They sell the same product I’ve been buying at the local smoke shop nearby for $15 per gram. That costs 15 times more than JK Distro!!! Only $1.00 per gram!!!😋🤤

Normally I order on Friday / Saturday and it will be out by Tuesday. Not this time, now after four days I get told they're backed up. So what, tomorrow? Next week? Not my problem you got busy, sounds like you need to figure your shit out. I now suffer because you can't operate a busy warehouse.
