FedEx, have already attempted delivery, but it seems no one was available to receive the delivery at that time.
FedEx will be trying again to deliver your cushion soon.
If it’s easier, you can also reschedule the delivery or arrange collection from a local pick-up point—whichever works best for you.
Just a quick note—our cushions are lovingly handmade to order. That means each one is printed, dried, stitched, and carefully prepared before being shipped out.

Great product and great customer service.
What a fabulous Company and what wonderful aftersales too.
The personalised cushion was beautiful quality and the picture was really clear.
We had a dpd delivery issue which Simon went above and beyond to solve for us.
I would definitely recommend Jigpaws and will certainly use again.
