I was very unhappy with my purchase and wanted to return it but found it very difficult to use the link provided. The website would not recognize my order number and zip code. So, it seems I am stuck with this merchandise despite your advertising no hassle returns.

Don't worry, I see that you are making a very simple mistake.
Our Returns Portal does NOT ask for a Zipcode, so you are likely entering your Zipcode in the Email field by mistake. That is the reason why our system is not recognizing your order.
We give everyone 30 days to return any item for a full refund, no reason required! You still have till September 2, 2022 to return your order to us. Please follow these very simple steps:

Never heard of Jewelry Outlet but I’m so excited to have come across them. I ordered my husband and daughter a pair of studs. I shopped with confidence as on their site says the jewelry is real. What I was most afraid of was if the jewelry would come in a box as I have ordered jewelry from other places only to receive in a bag. How satisfied I when I received them and the jewelry was just as pictured. Beautiful!!! I will not hesitate to shop here again.

Most diamond rings in the United States are originally manufactured in either a women's size 7 or a men's size 10 since these are the most common sizes. But, since we only sell real gold and silver diamond rings, almost any of our rings can be 'resized' to almost any size by any reputable jeweler in your local area.
As you can see in the Frequently Asked Questions section of our website, we also used to offer ring resizing services but we stopped offering this service last year since most of our customers were ordering the wrong sizes any way, and the constant back-and-forth shipping costs to finally get the perfect fit was causing us to raise our prices. So, instead of raising our prices, we actually lowered our diamond ring prices and we now encourage our customers to get their rings resized locally (if needed) after it is delivered to you since your local jeweler will be able to check the exact size of your finger first, and then resize the ring accordingly to make it a perfect and comfortable fit. This unfortunately cannot be effectively accomplished online.
