The earrings on line are £58.50 I have been charged £65 plus postage. I am not at all happy I am waiting for company to come back to me.

Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with, the address was wrong on my order but instead of letting me know or double checking, they sent it to the courier and after nearly 3 months of emails and begging for refunds I'm still waiting for my ring with their only response being "wait one more week". I tried disputing the payment with the bank and they have basically said there's nothing I can do. Avoid this vile company

Paid for express shipping still haven't received my item and its been two week. Now I'm getting billed for shipping again

I had an issue with my ring, the gold plating wore off really quickly, but as the ring still looked pretty I didn’t worry too much, but then the two bands that make up the ring came apart. At this point I contacted customer services. It was just past the return date so needed to be sorted under the guaranty. I tried sending it back but my post office would not send it for me as they were unable to understand how the new rules imposed by Trump applied to my parcel !
I again reached out to you and was happy to pay a third towards a new ring without sending the other one back.

Great experience from start to finish. Was worried after reading a few reviews but none the less everything went smoothly. I was even able to speed up my delivery by contacting the seller. The ring looks absolutely amazing and can not fault it. Will be using in the future

I am leaving this review based on the sleekness of the website, and the quality of the jewellery. They look unique and very nice. I am excited to gift this to my partner. I will change the review if the delivery is delayed, just as some reviews on the website stated. I am sure it will be fine.
