My experience with Jet2holidays was unacceptable. During check-in, I heard a staff member refer to me as "Moro," a racist and deeply offensive term used against Moroccans in Spain. I was shocked and humiliated by this behavior.
The attitude of the staff throughout the process was disrespectful and made me feel that I was being treated differently because of my background. No customer should ever have to experience this
For this reason, I cannot recommend Jet2holidays to other travelers. If you expect to be treated with respect and dignity regardless of your nationality or background, I would advise you to consider another company. I hope Jet2holidays investigates this incident, holds those responsible accountable, and takes real action to prevent discrimination in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with Jet2. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the whole situation. When my flight was cancelled, I received very little information or assistance, and no effort was made to help passengers with alternative arrangements.
What made the experience even worse was the lack of compensation or support following the cancellation. I expected much better customer service and communication from an airline. Overall, this was a frustrating and stressful experience, and I would think twice before booking with Jet2 again.

Do NOT book with this airline — Blatant Discrimination
Avoid this company at all costs. They recently refused to let a group of 5 Muslim passengers board their flight at the very last minute, right at the boarding gate. These passengers had valid tickets, went through security, and waited for hours at the airport, only to be turned away solely because of their names and because some had beards.
This is clear profiling and unacceptable racism. If you care about basic human rights and fair treatment, do not give this airline your money. You are not safe booking with a company that discriminates so blatantly.
