Very attentive sales team via WhatsApp, which was super convenient way to communicate. Quick turnaround with CAD designs / responses, and good advice.
There was a slight mess up with my engagement ring which delayed it slightly, but they did everything they could to resolve the problem and offered me a discount on my wedding ring. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for this.

Our experience was phenomenal. Can not recommend Jessica Flinn enough. They were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. They were quick to respond to emails and very helpful when we visited the store.
We bought both our beautiful wedding bands from Jessica Flinn and they also changed the stone in my engagement ring.
10/10 would highly recommend.

I would highly advise to avoid JF. I purchased a beautiful engagement ring, however it bent completely out of shape with completely normal use. No offer to fix or look at it. Have since had it professionally straightened but the diamonds and stone now need resetting, have been advised it’s best to melt it down and start from scratch. So now looking at a £600+ bill for the poor build quality from JF! Avoid

As I can’t reply to the below response. JF responded to WhatsApp saying to send the ring in for a quote to fix their own shoddy work. This should have been fixed for free given the circumstances, no ring should bend simply pushing a pram

I went to jessica flinn yesterday and the service was amazing. They really listen to what you want, they make suggestions show u equivalent ones to give u an idea. Its such a calm relaxing environment and they do not push you at all such lovley people

Everyone at Jessica Flinn is lovely. They helped me build a bespoke ring for my now fiancée and she loves it!

Every step of they way they couldn't do enough to help me. Even sometimes out of hours they'd give me updates on stuff happening.

From start to finish it was a special experience. We saw the rings on Facebook ad and booked via the website. The studio is so stylish and we received excellent attention whilst we were choosing our rings with no pressure to buy. I had my wedding ring and engagement ring resized too. We picked them all up together when they were ready and we are so pleased with them. Thank you.

I needed a repair on my engagement ring. I hadn’t bought it through Jessica Flynn but had bought my wedding ring from them. Olivia was extremely helpful. She gave sound advice and gave me a couple of options that would solve or be as close to solving the problem. The price of the repair was reasonable and the results are excellent! I’m so pleased with the results.

Went to look at wedding rings in person after having seen them online. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Never felt under pressure to buy at any point. We got stunning slightly unusual rings we can't wait to wear. They arrived earlier then expected. Very happy.

The customer service experience I had in my in-person appointment was excellent from start to finish, and I really felt like I was cared for and that the advice was tailored and that I was listened to. The key details were all made clear, including potential areas where you can trip up when ordering rings (e.g. ring sizing), and overall I felt like I was getting a 5/5 experience
