I contacted customer service to report when I received my order and it was missing a makeup brush. The rep was apologetic and said they would ship the brush. I received a package, but it was eye shadow. I reported the error and then the brush was shipped.

I wrote to your company because I cannot get a telephone number to call you directly my last order I received from you the bottle will not spray I asked if you could send a new bottle with no response from you very disappointed I cannot get anyone there to respond to me very poor customer service with your company s reply back would have been nice since I order from you quite often this is the first time this has happened to me

This is the best stuff I've ever used…

This is the best stuff I've ever used it makes your face look great I had only used it when I was going out somewhere nice I didn't want to use it for every day but I'm 63 years old and I need something like that for everyday but I'm really expensive of it and you know it's okay but it looks great on your face it doesn't look caked on it's smooth even if you have a little bit of wrinkles it still looks great and it stays on I'm thinking I probably should have got maybe a little darker color for summer but it matches my skin good it's great stuff I should have been ordering it for a long time but like I said when I go out just to everyday I just use cheap stuff and I'm going to the point I can't use cheap stuff everyday anymore
