They do not offer the proper service, you can not unsubscribe it and they never reply you, you can not even send an email to them successfully. But when you tell the bank to have the money back, they can offer the proof that you never asked for canceling the service, what a Horrible company!

Their chat (not the actual main function) has been good for paraphrasing which is what I use it for. But for the past week they have been doing an update and it writes slower than my grandma on a keyboard … so save your money.

Literally the worst scam in academic history. The free trial is 150 words to ‘seduce’ the consumer and after you pay and you can get more words you can see that it lags and basically fails as a ‘robot’. You can buy it for a month, but as usual scammers do, without asking they turn it into a subscription without permission

This is not the experience that we expect to provide for our users, and something is seriously wrong. Please allow us to investigate your account and if we find anything that may have degraded your experience, we will fix it and ensure that you get enough time on premium to try the product in its true form, free of charge.
Additionally, we are very clear that we are a subscription product, however if you were not aware, it's possible we've not made it clear enough. If there is anywhere on our site that insinuates it is not a monthly subscription, please let us know and we will fix it immediately.

I wish i could’ve given less stars. Their is no option to cancel your subscription, no one answers your email so please do not subscribe. It is a scam!!! There should be an easy way to cancel subscription anytime you want. I’m so disappointed!! Please do not subscribe guys.

You should be able to cancel easily from the billing menu. You can access it via Profile -> Billing -> Press the cancel button
If for some reason this did not work for you - I will investigate it to ensure there are no issues.
Additionally, if you did not receive a reply to an email you sent this - this is also not acceptable and I will ensure this does not happen again. Please do share your email so that we can investigate things further.
In exchange for sharing your valuable experience and sharing account details so we can explore it further, I would be happy to ensure you are compensated for your time.

One star is just more than enough because all the paid people who did marketing to Jenni ai. They are scamming us since it is useless. It repeats the same sentences and also stick with the same reference with the whole literature and I couldn't get any useful paragraph so save your money and use chatGPT. Just disappointed experience.

We will look into your account and make sure any bugs that may have been affecting the output of your generations are resolved.
Once that is done, I'd like to offer you a free use period so that you can try Jenni at it's best.
Additionally, please do be aware that Jenni learns as you write. When you first start writing a document, the generations may not be as tailored or well written. After you've written a few paragraphs, Jenni learns what your writing style is like and what topic you are writing about, and starts to provide suggestions that are much more specific.
Please do share your account details when you have a moment, and I'd love to have the opportunity to remedy this situation and make sure Jenni is a useful part of your academic arsenal going forward.
