Made my writing an enjoying experience

The software is easy to use. However, it needs to be improved. You could think of making the response to auto complete. It's sometimes hard to tell whether or not the response has stopped. It sometimes stops writing inthe middle of the sentence. When this is solved, we shall have a far better experience.

It's really helpful when I don't know what to write, and the recommendations often include studies. If not, you can ask it to find a source for you. Overall, I really find it useful for all parts of school.

Academic references generated contain a variety of researchers and scholars. Well done.
Jenni's database should maintain consistency in the easy flow.
Some of the text generated is easily detected by AI detectors; I normally read and rewrite it in my own words.

Terrible app and too expensive. I have to think all these positive reviews are fake. Tried to ask for a refund after an autorenewal went through and was told no. Do not give them your money - try paperpal or chatgpt.

It's easy to use Jenni for my academic works. However, I sometimes finds inaccurate information on references, especially when dealing with specific referencing setting such as as APA 7th edition writing format, and I understand that Jenni AI are still continue to developing. I also hope that the development will include some other South East Asian region languages such as Bahasa Indonesia. This will surely help me a lots in my academic works.

Their rigid, unfriendly policy shows they care more about money than customer satisfaction. I will never use Jenni AI again. Stay away from this platform!
