I had some of their sunglasses that lasted years but broke recently. I loved them so tried to replace them recently direct from the site. They are really wonky so emailed them asking about a replacement. The email address is not deliverable.
The first time I wore my sunglasses half of one of the arms just fell off. I've tried to contact the company via email and social media and had no response. Do not buy from here.
Absolutely SHOCKING service. I bought two pairs of sunglasses from this company. The first pair, lasted one summer before cracking on the side. The start of summer this year, I decided to purchase the same item thinking I may have got unlucky. The sunglasses only lasted one month before cracking this time.
I emailed the company only to get a response of 'use some strong glue'. No remorse whatsoever.
Shocking company, paying over the odds for tatty glasses. Avoid at all costs.
