I have never once had such bad experiences as with JD Sports
I have never, in any store, been through so many terrible experiences as with JD Sports. I have made a few orders over the last couple years, not one has arrived without at least 2 months wait and A LOT of open support tickets. This time, I bought a 320€ The North Face jacket off JD, just to receive an email 4 days later saying that my order had been cancelled. I don't care if you ran out of jackets in stock because at the time of purchase it appeared as available on the website. It's not even as if there was any sort of "low in stock" warning on the website. The jacket was available in 4 different sizes at the time of purchase. Fix your damn website. I had already made other purchases to match the jacket so the money won't make up for it. I get it, it's the least you can do but there is no way I am ever buying anything on your website again.

In my entire life, I have never ever had this bad service before! Gosh this lack of communication and no organisation itself! Wow, if I can give minus 10 stars, I would even give you even 20 minus stars! I have no words for this service! I am working in costumer support, but what you did, is another level! This experiences with you, I would not even give it to my worse enemy! Please change companies or change internal your process! Nothing makes any sense!! Kind regards a very disappointed costumer!

Worst service ever
Worst service ever! I paid for some items that have never been delivered to me. Finally after a month someone from JD support contact me saying they need 10 days to refund. It has now been 2 month and no refund has ever been processed. What a scam!
