Do Not call these people! I called inquiring about their services, they wanted my credit info before they even stepped on my property- I ended the call. I NEVER set up an appointment but they showed up at my door! I’m like well since you are here … she sprayed… helped for a couple days and then I had an issue. They are “suppose” to come free within 30 days after treatment if asked. They never came back!
They didn’t even make an attempt to mail a statement or call! They sent me straight to collections 2 months later. Call someone else!
Worst company ever
Worst company ever! Don't waste your money! They do not perform their job well. They overcharge for the bare minimum and then when you need them they say the situation is not covered. Go local!

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Didn't show up when they said they would, there are never any appointments available when you call them, and they are not responsive to phone calls or complaints. Didn't solve the problem, but told us they had done more than their job.

No Show for services , No Refund. Stay away from Erlich
After two appointments for inspection when they did not call or show up (while i waited at home for 5 hours each time ) I cancelled the service and requested a refund for what I had paid 1 month prior to the first no show service.
I was told that they issue no refunds. They did admit to taking my money.
Terrible customer service
I had trouble finding out what amount I was being billed for quarterly service and finally discovered that I was paying almost 400$ for a single visit since I don't usually call between quarterly visits. The only way to get an accounting was to spend an afternoon on the phone waiting for information. Their so called "receipts" had no dollar amounts. When I tried to cancel, I was disconnected on one call and argued with on another call. Unbelievably unprofessional.

This is a terrible company and advise not to use them. I used this company to get rid of rodent in my attic in Nov 2023. Sales specialist from Hingham Ma office scheduled an appointment with a technician John who never arrived on time. After waiting all morning he arrived and didn't know what he was suppose to do. He had no communication from the service dept. He came un prepared and didn't put any baits in the attic as he could not reach where the mice noise was coming from.
He was unprofessional and didn't check around the outside of the house for possible entry points for the mice instead he was on phone all the time with his friend.
I called the company the same day to cancel the service and remove
the baits . No one came back and no manger returned my call despite numerous calls to customer service. They don't give an email address of manager so I was unable to write directly to the management. Last I heard from billing Dept that my account will go to collection. I am shocked at such poor customer service, communication and no attempt at dispute resolution.
Horrible Billing, silly customer service
I received a call from a collection agency. When I called them, I discovered that JCEhrlich has been sending my quarterly invoices to an incorrect address (254 Wisner Avenue in Middletown, NY) rather than to the correct address: I also discovered that the payment was $463.94 to cover an overdue balance of $356.88.
I made the payment at the collection agency yet no one in your customer service organization would speak with me about my account. I wanted to correct the billing address and set up autopay. I was told, "I am sorry, until the bill is paid, no one can touch your account." I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that it will be up to 48 hours until I speak with anyone.
I asked for an email address to forward the proof of payment and was told that they were not allowed to provide email addresses. I asked about an info@ address and your rep reiterated that she was not allowed to provide an email. I found it at TrustPilot.
I have managed customer service organizations and solved sill problems. Hopefully someone in management can change the ridiculous policy.

They offered me a “free” service of an annual inspection of my home and on the day of the service I called to confirm my appointment and two hours after the appointment time no one had shown up. When I called to follow up I was told the technician was told to cancel my appointment but did not have the curtesy to contact me and tell me. I had been a customer for 3 years and received an email an hour later stating I had been terminated as a customer with no reason given. They also took it upon themselves to take money directly from my account without authorization, they used an old debt card on file I hadn’t used to pay in two years!! Terrible customer service and communication

First off, I use the Harrisburg, Pa. branch.
Customer Service will promise you anything, but the actual "service" is far different. Let's put it this way, I am a 365 customer (not for much longer) and I have to go buy my own spray and bait traps because the actual service is a sham and a joke. This all started in back in July when I saw a few adult roaches outside and a couple made it into my home. The technician NEVER took my issue seriously and only talked about other customers and how bad their issues were. The "expert" said "we do not want to kill the ones in the house" we want to bait them.. i strongly disagreed and wanted the house sprayed to prevent an infestation... but Ehrich did what they wanted and i have now had to have them come out 3 freakin' times since, each time the infestation has grown more and more severe, and all the tech does is talk about other customers issues and a quick squirt "here and there" NOT where I want him to, because lets face it i live here and see and know what is going on! So.. if you have a pest issue, just go with some other company!
Update: try domyown.com they have all sorts of guides and training and products with real reviews, because its pretty clear Ehrlich will not help us!
Ehrlich is giving us a run around about…
Ehrlich is giving us a run around about our ant problem. They have been to our home many times and can’t kill these ants! I have called in and asked for a manager and there is never one available to address my problem. Finally got someone who answered my call who told us that an inspector will come out to see about why they can’t kill the ants…well this never happened. They have even lied to us and told us that their records show that we chose not to speak with a manager! How frustrating!

I used Ehrlich in a previous home so when I needed pest control service in my new home they were the first company I contacted. While the tech, Jerry was a nice guy, he failed to address our year long, multiple requests for rodent control (mice/chipmunks) always stating it was not the season. Someone should let the mice know that because my husbands hillbilly mouse traps collect rodents year round. Fact is, if we have to do our own rodent control, we can spray for spiders too. Associate Jessica went out of her way to try to rectify the situation, even calling me back with updates that the District Manager would be in touch....gave them another week...no calls from Manager. Ehrlich did not provide the services we contracted for - YOUR FIRED!
CAUTION!!!
CAUTION!!!! If they have your credit card information, they will continue to take money out of your account, even if you don't have any service with them!!!! Canceled the first service because they were WAY overpriced compared to other pest control outfits, and a month later they take out MAINTENANCE FEES for service I never had! They have never been to my home!! THEIVES as far as I am concerned!! Contacted them 3 times and no one will contact me to get it resolved. And they saw I never had any service with them, and yet still take money from my account. If you have ever had dealings with them in the past, MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT STILL TAKING MONEY FROM YOU !!!!

Non Existent Customer Service - Non Stop Billing Errors - Lies Regarding Services Needed
We have placed beyond multiple tickets into this company to receive our termite contract as well as a refund due to their complete lack of care for us as a customer. I spoke to a woman named Lynn in Accounts Receivable at the beginning of the summer. My ticket was remitted and supposedly marked as high priority and for mgt review. We heard from NO ONE. I just called once more and placed another ticket. I am told we will hear from someone by Tuesday 11.1.22.
We have paid $1,500 so far towards a $2,200 five year termite contract. We have no termite contract in hand. The salesperson sent us a contract for our record back in March 2022 that had the incorrect home address and was fully executed by someone else. We have been asking for correct paperwork ever since. I want a refund of whatever money is left out of the $1,500 after services rendered is deducted because of this company's NON EXISTENT customer service. We have no contract and we have spent months dealing with billing mistakes for another service they offered us that caused us to be auto billed to a credit card in error multiple times as well as caused threatening late invoices to be sent. There is also the matter of their salesperson quoting us $2,300 for a service in the basement to treat a dangerous "fungus". We consulted with our neighbor who is a home inspector who identified the issue as something entirely different (as well as non- threatening) and advised on steps to take to remedy it ourselves.
If you like being lied to and have free time you are looking to fill by constantly battling incorrect billing scenarios..........this company is for you. This has been the most time consuming, maddening, and disappointing experience I have ever had with a company of any type. It has been EIGHT MONTHS of effort and my issue is still not resolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Worst imaginable Customer Service
Worst imaginable Customer Service. The first agent I spoke to would not even let me speak. I called a second time and got a different agent who tried to help me to the best of her ability but to no avail, the scheduled appointment had magically disappeared and they claimed the appointment was never scheduled. I had called during the week because of a hornet problem and at my insistence they finally sent somebody out. They kept mentioning the appointment I had already scheduled and I explained this was a different situation. Well, somebody came out for the hornets but the scheduled appointment which was for the inside of the home must have been cancelled by them since they now claim it never existed. Any company, would be able to track appointments. Stay away if you want to avoid headaches.

If I could rate them a “0”, I would. Very disappointed in this company. As a new customer, I was given a confirmed service date and time (Today, between 8-12). Drove 2 hours to be here for this. Nobody showed or called. I called 3 times throughout the day and was reassured a technician would still be coming today. Needless to say, nobody came or called. Can’t even give me a reschedule date. If this is how they treat their customers, we can do without them. Absolutely horrible treatment of new customers. I would suggest looking elsewhere other than this company.
