AVOID THIS WEBSITE

Be careful when buying on this website. The dresses are not the right size and when you try to make a return they try to stop you from doing so. I started a refund process ONE YEAR AGO and to this day I have not received anything. I sent them an email and immediately I received my money back. Be careful these people are trying to take your money. This is the worst experience I have ever had. It feels like a scam. The way the person writes is not professional either. Very weird.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE

This is the worst company I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered a dress for a wedding. The dress itself was okay, although in no way true to size. I requested a refund via email and received an odd response (in poorly written English that seemed unprofessional and not legit from ‘Sophia’). This stated that it would end up costing me too much money to return the dress and instead they could send me out another item of my choice that matched the price. Obviously I wanted my money back, as is my right as a customer. They sent me the shipping label and told me they would take $9 off the refund. Fine. I sent the item and heard nothing for over 2 weeks. When I checked the tracking, they had received the parcel 10 days earlier but not done anything about it. I immediately emailed to ask why my refund wasn’t issued. They emailed back and miraculously it had been issued that same afternoon. I was told the money would be in my account within 7 days max and was told ‘please do not worry’ by Sophia - bizarre. 2 weeks later and still no sign of my money. This company is a COMPLETE SCAM - please don’t waste your money. They need to be shut down ASAP.

Good customer service

I bought a dress from this website and followed their size guide which was unfortunately incorrect.

I contacted customer services who facilitated a full refund upon me returning the item. The return took around a month to arrive and I did have to chase it up but the customer service rep I dealt with was very nice.

Absolute scam!

Absolute scam!
Ordered a dress for a wedding and the material is made out of swimwear. They refuse to give back a full refund and propose that you keep the trash of a dress and give you 40% back.
The dress is nothing like in the image and it’s poorly done, with really low quality and terrible fabric.
I’ve been asking for a full refund and keep receiving the same email over and over again, probably a chat bot.
The dress came from Spain and the only way that they give you a full refund is if you send it to an address in the US, which shipping cost from my country cost a lot more than the dress itself! Absolutely terrible experience, let’s make this brand disappear.

Absolutely the nicest company to deal with. I have ordered numerous times as the dresses are beautiful and the quality is high. Dresses tend to run a tad small so order up. When I have had to exchange, it has been a very pleasant and professional experience.

Just don’t risk it!

I made an order of 2 dresses at the cost of 120$ total. I received a dress too small (not true to the size chart of the website) with a horrible smell, very poor quality and overall not as the pictures. It was 60$ but real worth was 10 at best. The other dress was not in the package. I wrote an email to ask where is the second dress and what can I do with what I got to return it. They replied within a day and said the other dress is out of stock and asked if I want to order a bigger size. I answered that I want to return one dress, and cancel the other one and get a full refund. They stopped answering my 4 emails. I had to contact paypal and open a case so that they could answer me. They proposed a full refund of the second dress and 50% of what I got and keep it. I accepted because I preferred loosing just 30$ instead of the full amount. All this in 3 months. They did the refund, but I still Don’t recommend this website. Just don’t risk it. It’s my fault I ordered from shady website… I will remember for the future.

Horrible experience

I should have read the reviews before shopping on this website. I had the same bad experience as others. Poor material and sizes are off the chart even when I went with real time measurements
I couldn't find a replacement that would fit me and they offered less than half percentage of discount. I now have 2 dresses I can't wear and I spent close to $200 for them. I will never shop on this site again. I hope my review can help others to not be a victim.

Delayed replies, horrible quality of materials..

I have received the items a month later and am very disappointed with the delayed replies of the customer support but most disappointed I am with the quality of the products, it is just horrible and smells very bad 😩.

I wanted to wear the clothes on a very important occasion and now I need to find something else. They are totally not worth the price….

Scam on purpose. They do not have a returns policy, no address of where to retuen the good and after emailing them several times they avoid to tell me where to return it. Other than this you can get nice dresses but what happens if you need to retuen them?
