I ordered UK size 14 fleece jacket as I was in need for a new one. Unfortunately I was disappointed to receive a product made in china with suspicious labelling, looking completely different from the website picture. Moreover, the clothing was nowhere near size 14 therefore I emailed Jane asking for return and refund. Although their response was immediate, I was fairly annoyed to find out that I have to send the item to China myself, paying supposedly £25 postage. The jacket costed just under £35! Jane also offered generous 15% refund!!! Ladies and gentlemen, please stay away from these scammers!
