The canvas apron was not the quality I envisioned so would like a return. This company has not after several weeks supplied me with a return address, except to give me a room number someplace in China to send to “if I’m in an urgent hurry” (which will cost $35 to mail!). Their response is they don’t have a return address yet!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They deal with a horrible 3rd party courier who said they delivered my package and it never arrived. contacted jackleather studio who told me to contact the courier myself. courier never answers phone. eventually found out they had package back at warehouse even though took a picture holding the package in front of my mailroom acting as if it was delivered. absolutely horrible experience

after my order they stopped the communication. didn't receive a tracking number after 10 days.

An absolute disgrace for a company wouldn’t order anything from this company at all.
Steer clear be aware.

Haven’t even got my product yet and I already don’t like it. I thought I was ordering from a company based in the US, but not even close. Also, the shipping was very misleading, first indicating it would take about a week, then telling it would be anywhere from 10-20 days. According to tracking, it has been sitting in the sorting center in New York for about 8 days (after arriving from China) with no definite idea as to when it will arrive. I should’ve done my research. Be careful if you decide to go with this company.

After weeks of asking where my jacket was one finally arrived. But it was not even close to what I had ordered. It was terrible quality and a completely different jacket. The zip barely even works either.
I complained and they said they would give me $50 back (I paid $170) but I said I wanted a full refund. Since then they have stopped replying to me - total scam, avoid at all costs.

I would rate no stars if I could. I ordered an engraved wallet months ago and never received it. I emailed to inquire about it and never received a response. Tracking information is fake. Scam Scam Scam!!!!

I wish I could leave pictures of the jacket I ordered as opposed to the one I received… absolutely terrible… I’m so mad that I even wasted my time… when things are too good to be true… it usually is… remember that folks

I ordered a genuine leather money clip. With engraving. The leather appears dirty and of Shoddy manufacturing. Engraving is barely visible and does not add to the appearance of the wallet at all as the words are printed crooked. I purchased another money clip from a different manufacturer at 1/3 of this price and it is of much better quality and I’m very proud to give it to my husband as a gift. I will not be giving my husband this money clip from jack leather studios.Upon complaining to the company, representatives refused to refund my money as I had it personalized and they could not resell it. As though the bad manufacturing is my fault, not theirs.

This company is a scam ! DO NOT order from them ! Scammed out of my money!
Received a terrible fake knock off jacket.
I was finally refunded the cost of the jacket, and then had to pay to send it back to Pakistan, over $100 in shipping, and it was a wrong/invalid address. Then did them a favor and paid out of pocket to a different address across Canada and was told I would be reimbursed for the shipping and the guy will not respond to me now.

I want my shipping costs reimbursed as I paid to send to another customer who ordered the same low quality knock off jacket.

Terrible service. Literal scam. Ordered an exclusive leather wallet that was never sent, when I sent an email requesting for my money back, they never responded. Don’t shop here, they WILL steal from you. The only reason I got my money back was because my bank was very kind when handling the situation. Don’t risk it!

They shipped me a wallet with the monogram out of order and it the wrong font. Customer service was awful, I will NEVER purchase anything from here again, and I will highly not recommend on any platform possible.

After waiting 30 days for the delivery I found out I was given a fake tracking number. Don't waste your time buying from this seller. Website looks like from USA but the seller is based in Pakistan.

Everything everyone is complaining about jist happened to me! I ordered a jacket as a gift and still haven't seen it 3 weeks later... money was quickly processed but my order still has not been. I TRIED TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET REIMBURSED SINCE MY ORDER HAS YET TO BE SHIPPED!!! .DO NOT BUY FROM JACKLEATHERS!

Cheap fake leather from Pakistan, poor workmanship, size far too small, and very naughty answers. Supplied a fake Harley jacket, not original. If you want to throw your money out the window, order from Jack Leathers.

Wish I didn’t have to give any stars. Very disappointed. The wallet that I purchased was of poor quality, not leather and doesn’t look any like the picture online. Very flimsy, looks like a toy wallet for a child and not an adult. Brought the wallet as a Christmas gift but now embarrassed to give it as a present. Tried to refund it but of course the owner was not in agreement.

Please do not purchase anything from this company. Rip off... don’t waste your money like I did.

Excellent jacket for the price. It fits a bit small so order one size large. But its look great and feel comfortable. The seller is response within an hour. Good protection and great product. Happy with my order.My recommended.
