Don’t order items from them. They charge you money and not shipping items to you. They have a bad reputation. Now they changed their website and the customer service team continuing cheat customers. Don’t trust them.

I ordered some items in the end of 2022, and since then I have never received any items at all. I followed up with customer service but they did nothing. After a few months I saw that my order did not exist and they deleted my account. Such a scam. They changed their website and customer service team, do not trust them or this brand

I ordered $200+ items from them back in January 2023. After one year, I still haven’t received the item. I have requested two times to cancel the order but heard no responses.
Today I tried to use my account to check the update and realized they erased my account.

I’m totally disappointed- it’s an untrustworthy business.
I would select 0 star if there is that option.

Stole my money

I had previously placed orders successfully with this Company, until I placed an order during black friday in November 2022. Not only did they NEVER send me one of the items, but they also did not refund me after I returned about 5 items back to them, even after I reached out to them through email and social media multiple times. All in all, they stole about 150$ from me out of a 250$ order...incredibly disappointing experience, considering that I actually liked some of the pieces I purchased enough to order multiple times.

The quality of their clothing is straight up garbage, how do you charge $50+ for 100% polyester? And not only is it polyester, the quality of the polyester is horrendous. I got two dresses that FELT like plastic. I've gotten better 100% polyester stuff from H&M lol. Their dresses are also unlined and you can see through them. A cardigan and mock neck I got was made of very thin knit fabric - straight up something you could get from SheIN or yesstyle. Save your money and don't buy from here.

This was the most corrupt company I ever worked for. I was their social media manager for about a half a year and in my time there we had HUGE turnover with 4 marketing directors. Getting fired or Quitting from the shady stuff they discovered. It sucks cuz from the outside it looked amazing and I believe it's thanks to the INCREDIBLE Creative Director on that team (he deserves a huge salary). Otherwise the owners were all deceptive and treated their employees like crap. Paid people salary vs hourly just so they can call us in the middle of the night to ask for dumb things. Some of the poor girls were working around the clock with no extra pay. One time there were ticks in the office carpet and we were all reporting it cuz our legs were all bitten and they didn't care until someone threatened them. Besides how they treat their team, they steal designs from other brands like Chanel. They want the reputation of having beautiful designs but they litterally have connections in China where they buy the samples made for other high end brands and then sell it here. This is why each item only had 1-2 stock haha. Notice most of them didn't have correct tags on them too with fabric contents. I went to school for fashion, I studied the science of fabrics and can tell what one is where they would label things wool when it was clearly cotton or things like that. One of the employees that was in on everything with them bragged to me once about how they snuck in glasses in the country that were illegal due to toxic plastic and then selling them. It made me sick to my stomach. I confronted them and told them I could help them do a beautiful brand CORRECTLY and legally but instead they pinned something random on my and fired me. Seriously so discouraging and I was so mad how they treated the other employees who were to scared to say something. Anywho.. it's all stolen product designs and while some amazing people worked for them, everyone was fooled from employees to customers to influencers who promoted their stuff. SO dang sad so I'm honestly glad to see them finally shut down and not surprised they dropped the ball on so many orders and customers.

I would give them -1 if I could. I was back and forth with them for 2 months…shipping delays…then after another couple weeks, asked for my refund. I still haven’t heard or received anything from them!! What a joke of a customer service experience and company!!

They used to be okay. At least, after I placed the order, if there were delays, I was able to get in touch with customer services to see if my order has been received and they even offered gift card when the order has been delayed a lot.

However, starting this year (2023), things have really changed a lot. I placed an order in March and still haven't received it (It's October now). I tried all their emails, either the message couldn't reach or they just never replied back. I also left a message through the online form on the website. They responded and said they can prioritize the order but I still never received it. Now, their website is down and there's no way to reach them at all. I'm wondering how can I get my money back.

My orders were last year. When I emailed them, it always returned the same replies. So disappointed. I haven’t received my shipments almost one year.

Most awful and irresponsible attitude I have never had from the company. I have been waiting for an order since June and hasnot even shipped and the worst- no answers, no emails, as it seems doesn’t exist. I was their costumer and liked them but I have no word at this moment

Do not buy from this company. I ordered 2 items back in March for St. Patrick’s Day that never shipped. I received an email later that month saying “sorry for the delay” with a coupon that expired in less than 2 months. Why would I order again when my first order never shipped? I reached out multiple times to their customer service email asking for a refund or at least an update, but it bounced back with a “message blocked” email. It is now almost October and have received no further communication. Their phone number doesn’t connect, their email doesn’t connect, and their customer service is unresponsive. I am very unhappy and don’t appreciate being scammed. I bought from here previously and it was fine, so I don’t know why the second time was so difficult. I still have not received a refund and am extremely angry about that.

Complete scam. Never got my purchase and they also block emails. DO NOT BUY.

I placed an order 3 months ago for $57 USD and it has yet to come. Should have visited online reviews first….such a shame :(

I've purchased a few items from this store before and never had problem, but my last order never got delivered. When i tried reaching out to their customer service my emails never went through. Shame since a lot of their stuff was really cute and i love the pieces that i actually received from them. :(

This is a SCAM!! I ordered a dress on June 16th 23, and it is not September 5th 23. I have tried to contact them through email and all of my emails have been blocked.

SCAAAAAM!!! I placed an order back in January 2023 for 251.66 USD and still haven’t gotten anything. I have tried to reach out to them and now they have blocked my email!! Do not buy from this site.

I would give them a 0 rating if possible. I placed an order in DECEMBER 2022. They sent me an email that one of the factories was closed due to COVID and then blocked my email from responding to them. I never got a refund and when you look up their address it doesn't look like a legit company at all. (Just check Google Maps) I just checked the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and the most legitimate site to check for scam companies and they also agree it's not a credible company and under investigation. I feel like most of the good reviews here are fake reviews. Just wanted to do my due diligence and report it here.
