Great experience
They came through when I really needed it. The assessment took longer than I expected but I do understand what they have to look into. Helped me consolidate/close accounts and also with the loan I needed. Great customer service and very helpful. Really really fair. Overall a great experience on my end.

Overall I had a great experience
Overall I had a great experience in applying for my loan. It was great to do everything online and it was a simple and straight forward process. There was a mistake in my original contract however after I called this was quickly rectified and a new contract was sent through. My only feedback during the process was I was asked to provide some more information a number of times. This was fine but it would have been better and easier to provide all of the information at once rather than a number of times. Apart from that it was quick and easy. Very happy and satisfied. The staff were friendly and keen to help.
