When I searched the internet for the best private travel company with expertise in South America, I was contacted by James Sirotkin. And that was when my good fortune began. James helped me to plan the most incredible trip to Argentina, Chile and Brazil. And he also connected me with Anabel Lopez based in Quito,Ecuador. Anabel helped us with the fine tuning of each day of our trip. Not only were our accommodations the most luxurious that we had ever experienced. But each day we were connected with our own private driver and guide, each with a specific expertise in the area that we were touring. We were never with a tour group and the individual attention was unbeatable.
Our itinerary had us start in beautiful Buenos Aires. After 4 days there, we flew to El Calafate in the deep southern part of Patagonia where we saw the Perito Moreno glacier and the beautiful mountain range of Mount Fitzroy and Cerro Torre hovering over the quaint village of El Chalten. Next, we traveled across the beautiful Argentinian steppe to arrive at Explora Patagonia situated at the base of the massif of Torres Del Paine. While there, each day we hiked with private guides into the wilderness. Stunning beauty!! And finally, we flew north to end our trip with 4 days in Rio de Janeiro.
Each destination was breathtakingly beautiful. But what made this trip stand high above all the others was the personal details that were made by James and Anabel. We will never use any other travel company except Jacada for our future travel needs.

Highly recommended travel company! When a once in a lifetime trip to Sri Lanka was decided, I looked around for a travel company that could realize my dreams. All other travel agents fell short of Jacada. My desire of 5 star resorts, excellent food, scuba diving, UNESCO sightseeing, and relaxation where met with a 6 star review.

It was such an amazing experience having Lizzie and Melanie plan my birthday trip to Belize! I'm used to planning all the vacations for our family, but this was such a fantastic and much more relaxing experience I will definitely do it again! Thank you both so much

What a great experience I had working with Travel Designer Lucy and Sandy our Concierge! Lucy was exceptional in designing my itinerary while listening to my objective, wants, and needs in visiting Northern and Central Vietnam. Sandy was wonderful in communicating with our travel group of 10 while putting on the final details of our trip. Communication was always professional and any questions/concerns were answered promptly.
The arrival and transfers to our hotel was seamless and just put us all at ease while traveling to a new Country. We loved our 1st accommodations but amazingly loved all of the succeeding accommodations even more! We were grateful for our wonderful tour guide Duc who was knowledgeable, professional, personable, kind, and funny! Our driver had exceptional skills and we always felt safe with him behind the wheel; and our travel bus was comfortable and roomy. Our group was in awe of the personal touches that Lucy and Sandy extended to our group through out our tour that made us feel like we were A listed travelers! And the icing on the cake was the gift of Personalized Post Cards that outlined our Vibrant Vietnam trip! Truly unbelievable! I highly recommend Jacada for your travel needs and I will definitely use them again for future trips.

My husband and I recently returned from our 4th adventure planned through Jacada. Each trip has been extraordinary from the first telephone conversation with a travel designer to the landing in your home airport!! They have consistently gone above and beyond planning truly unique experiences based on your interests. The added personal touches are a delight and, in some cases, a true surprise!!! I would, without a doubt, recommend Jacada and our most recent travel designers Charles and Flavia - our 40th Anniversary trip to Panama and Costa Rica was created by both of them and we will forever treasure the memories from that adventure!! Fabulous trip, meticulously planned and well executed. Fascinating part of the world to explore!

We just returned from an awesome 15-day trip to Sri Lanka. Jim Stacy planned the perfect itinerary for us, based on a few phone conversations and email exchanges. We were blown away by how stunning Sri Lanka was, how much diversity it had (cultural sites, tea plantations, beaches, mountains etc), how kind the people were, and how delicious every meal was. We didn’t have time to plan the Sri Lanka trip ourselves, so are particularly grateful that Jim did it for us on such short notice and nailed it!

Em and Flavia did a great job of putting together our trip to Easter Island and Iguazu Falls. The hotels were perfect and their choices of drivers and guides were outstanding. Their planning and execution made our trip incident free and without drama (no small feat when traveling overseas). Being rather detail oriented myself, I appreciated their attention to every step of the journey. Their advice on everything from luggage allowances to seat selections made this a superb trip. With Em and Flavia, you are in good hands.

I was trying to find a tour company that listens and fits my travel needs. Jacada did just that! We loved our trip to Chile, it was exactly what we wanted. "Off the beaten path" was delivered. The properties were all perfect - the rooms, food and excursions- also transportation and flights. We always felt well taken care of!

We have just returned from Egypt and Dubai, marking our sixth vacation with Jacada and our first one to Africa and the Middle East. We return to Jacada time and again, due to their long-term track record for creating amazing trips, full of surprises and opportunities that you could not encounter on your own. From conception to completion, their thoroughness and organization is evident in the seamless execution of every moment and every aspect of travel. Accommodations, meals, guides and transportation are top notch. Furthermore, steps are taken to ensure a depth of travel experience. For example, on this trip, Jacada arranged for us to meet with a university professor on our first night in Cairo, who presented a fun and interactive overview of Egyptian history. This was an invaluable reference point that allowed us to quickly understand and tie together all of the amazing sites we were to visit later in the trip. Furthermore, with their careful planning and strong relationships with local tour operators, Jacada made us feel well informed and safe in an unfamiliar part of the world. Finally, when world events required us to adjust our travel route home, Jacada, and it’s affiliates, we’re quick to pivot with the changes and with their suggestions and expertise kept the trip relaxing and magical to the very end. There is no doubt that we will be using Jacada for our future travel- the only challenge will be with all the wonderful places they can take us, which one will we pick next!

Excellent tour company. Our consultants Rachel Rose and our concierge, Cathy were both really helpful. They curated a fantastic trip to Vietnam and Cambodia with several really good experiences. The places we visited really gave us a feel for the country and the trip was paced really well. Right from the start of our conversation with Jacada they really understood what we wanted to get out of our trip and put together great hotel suggestions and really good schedule. The trip was really well paced and a good mix of activity and down time. We would definitely use them again

We’re so happy that we used Jacada for our honeymoon in Southeast Asia. We built an amazing itinerary with Taylor and Jessica, and their insights and advice were indispensable. Having all of the logistics handled in advance and smoothly executed during the trip left us time and energy to focus on the amazing places visited. Everyone was so helpful. all airport employees were there when we arrived and then our drivers were also there. all hotels and safaris were fantastic. I would recommend Jacada highly. This is our 2nd time using Jacada and would use them again.

We had the pleasure of going on an amazing trip to Iceland/Swedish Lapland planned by Jacada Travel. Every detail of our trip was well thought- out and implemented. The accommodations, food and experiences went beyond our expectations.

The itinerary put together by the travel team at Jacada couldn’t have been better! For our first trip to Tanzania, we wanted to have as many experiences as possible so we could really get a feel of life (and wildlife) there. The team put together a fantastic plan including Kilimanjaro, Ngorogoro Caldera, Northern and Southern Serengeti and a final stop at ChemChem! Each place had its own unique features, highly knowledgeable guides, and the accommodations were simply perfect! We loved the route they planned for us, each one building on the other - we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience with Jacada!

The Tour was very well constructed along my interests. The Guides were great and very knowledgeable.

Our Jacada travel advisor Jack Bedford, curated an adventure of a lifetime for us through Egypt and Jordan! His extensive knowledge of the region allowed him to tailor an itinerary that exceeded our expectations, and was executed without a glitch! Every detail was accounted for, and the level of in-country guides, drivers, etc. assigned to us were superb. This was our second vacation with Jacada and we are already dreaming of our third!

Our trip to Costa Rica was truely amazing. James and Carlos put together an great itinerary over our 2 week trip, with our input and requests all met and exceeded.

All pick ups and transports were seamless and well coordinated. The various hotels and resorts were beautiful and each one unique. We arranged private guided excursions, many of them nature walks. We saw over 100 species of birds, plus many mammals and reptiles. The forests and jungle areas were superb and pristine. Our coffee plantation tour was great as well.

There were many extras that Jacada arranged for us including wine in the room, and a romantic dinner riverside with a bonfire just for us.

There was also an in country Concierge Michael available by WhatsApp who was very helpful and responsive when we had questions.

We highly recommend Jacada Travel, and will definitely use them again for our next big trip.
