Complete fraud app,as usual fraudsters are growing very well in India.This Scammer site shows false info about status of seats and in the name of Guarantee takes a huge sum.In return even after 2x refund you get a petty sum and your whole plan gets wasted.

Booking experience was very seamless and easy
So here what happened, I recently travelled from flight from ixigo application and it's was so easy to book and I got the confirmation immediately and so happy to be a part of ixigo and I also book a returning ticket from bus but it got cancelled but i got my refund instant with that money I booked again and I travelled iam so happy with the service and the customer service

I recently booked a flight with ixigo, and while I received a full refund from Air India Express due to a flight delay, the amount refunded to me by ixigo was significantly less than expected. Despite the airline providing the full refund, the third-party service deducted an excessive amount without clear justification. Additionally, the customer service interaction I had was not helpful and left me quite frustrated.
I believe in fair and transparent practices, and I hope ixigo can address this issue to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Cheater cheating common people worst experience, guys please do booking directly from IRCTC as this website ixigo what they do is, they cheat you by saying travel garantee and you end up paying extra on every ticket and they put you on waitlist till end and then you have the need or urgency to travel then you find another option you ofcourse as ixigo is not giving any confirmation you will find another option and then when you cancel they will deduct 30 % of your fare, by saying assured flex charges etc
