This is my first time dealing with Ingram's.I dealt with Matthew and Joseph. They were both great to deal with and got the order off very quickly. As far as the item goes I have not been to my U.S. address yet to pick it up. Please send me another review at the end of February and i will review it then.
Follow up;
I picked up my heat exchanger for my Rheem Criterion furnace and it was exactly what I ordered. It was on a pallet and packaged well. Thanks to all the people at Ingram's that I dealt with,you did a fine job.

Follow up on your order is a must.
First, customer service got my name wrong so when I called in they couldn't find the order.
Customer service and the parts department weren't on the same page.
finally got the new motor after numerous calls asking for shipping / tracking number.
Once it arrived it worked perfectly.

Ordered furnace on a Friday, by following Friday it was at shipping hub close to delivery point. Opted to will-call and XPO did a great job making it an easy pickup.

We were between a rock and a hard place with our furnace. Knowing it was just the coils and thr control board, we were about to have to spend $1000 to get it fixed. We have electronics degrees and this was a simple fix. When we called Ingram's, on a Saturday, they got the part to us by Wednesday. No more problems and at 1/10th the cost to pay a technician.
