Outstanding Support…

Paul was extremely helpful with everything I needed. He was also able to connect me with another individual to assist with connecting the ECOBEE thermostat. I only wish Mr. Cool could provide the same level of excellent support.

Great customer service

Ordered a defrost board for my unit. When it hadn’t shipped in a few days I made contact with Angela. She was very polite and helpful with getting my part shipped before the arctic blast came down to Arkansas. I received my part a few days later and installed. Part was perfect fit. Unit works like a brand new one now. Thanks to Angela.

I received a damaged package unit

I received a damaged package unit. It was concealed damage so I could not note the bill of lading or leave a complaint with the shipping company. I also ordered a propane conversion kit that was not shipped with the unit. I had the installation scheduled the following week after receiving the unit. It took a few more days to get the pad ready, etc than planned. So I unboxed the unit and found the end panel crushed in. I removed it and found obvious damage the condenser coil. I contacted your customer service and got the run around for approx 3 weeks. I could not speak to anyone who make a decision and finally a month after the unit was supposed to be installed, I had to try and repair the unit the best I could so hopefully no one would notice. It cost me a customer who claims they will not use me again and I feel the same about you. I have bought a considerable amount from you, but probably will not again.

I like buying from Ingrams

I like buying from Ingrams. The equipment I wanted was on sale and in stock. I was surprised they charge for shipping where in the past shipping was free. I’m not happy about ABF being the shipping company. I live in Rural California and ABF has said each time they don’t have a full truck so deliveries are delayed. Sometimes a week or more. Very sad

Excellent execution start to finish

Answered all of my questions before ordering. Order process was efficient. Representative was professional, pleasant and patient. Order shipped the next day, arrived a few days later. Order was accurate. Installed with no issues. No complaints. Excellent start to finish.

Good company and staff.

The people I talked with were able to answer all my questions. When one person did not know the answer, I was transferred to someone that did. Very knowledgeable. I purchased a scratch & dent. I received multiple photos of the universal condenser before purchase. Excellent communication all the way to the door. I can not wait to get installed and evaluate.

Ingrams was great to work with

Ingrams was great to work with. I bought a Mr. Cool mini-split and the condenser was delivered by UPS upside down and damaged. Ingrams promptly handled the problem and sent a replacement and picked up the damaged condenser.
I installed the mini-split and could not get the heat to work. I received help from Mr. Cool's technical support (it was not always quick to respond) but did respond to emails better than phone calls. We finally determined that the 2nd condenser was defective. Mr. Cool sent a replacement and I installed it and it works extremely well.
I am happy with how Ingrams handled my purchase. Mr. Cool (not Ingrams) could use a few more technicians to respond to requests for help.
I would purchase from Ingrams again and would recommend them to anyone.
