This vendor needs to be removed from any website. They promote a product but ship something else. Long shipping time and absolutely poor quality. Don’t order from them. If you want get rid off your money- donate it!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! Ordered a sweater, instead got a polyester top with a sweater IMAGE PRINTED ON IT!
I can’t believe they’re still in business! They make it seem as though they’re a real store in Charleston - but it’s junk from China. Then, you want to return, but the fee to return to China is $30! (Sweater was $50). They said they’d give me a 40% refund (also $20). Or, I could choose something on their website for free (WHY would I want that? It’s trash). Filed a dispute with my bank and filed a claim w/ BBB as well. Don’t waste your time. & $!

Ivy & Rose is an online presence, not a brick and mortar store. They have no inventory to sell. Their merchandise comes from China, takes 4 to 5 weeks to arrive, and is a bunch of junk that looks nothing like the pictures on their website. I REPEAT,

If you did order from them, I urge you to file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), and also with the International Consumer Protection Network, econsumer.gov. regulatory agencies. Help me stop these fraudsters!

Total scam! The product was trash, did not meet any of the description on the website. It was a polyester printed flimsy material. Stay away from this website and purchase nothing from them.

Horrible experience - too good to be true.
Beautiful sweaters shown on Facebook originally $230+ on sale for $59.00. Total bait and switch. Got a not even nice fake fleece cardigan instead. The said nothing about the bad item and offered 10% off sales price. They did not comment on the fake ad. The phots of the ad versus why I got are unbelievable! My credit card company refunded full price immediately. Don’t ever order off a Facebook website. Check it out directly first

If I could give them a negative review , I would! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!Below is the communications that I sent to this company.
"I ordered two sweaters from you guys per the pictures you posted on your site. When I received them, they were beyond bad! I would not even let my dog wear anything as cheaply made as these two? sweaters? ! Please refund my money because I am going to stop payment on my credit card and report you and your false advertisement to the BB.I cannot believe the material or the workmanship on your product...both are terrible. I was anticipating giving these to my twin daughters for their birthday and now I am ashamed to even show them their gifts. Do you have NO PRIDE OR SHAME in your false advertisement? Plus, you benefit when someone returns your product with all the charges that is tacked on...so, I hope and pray that no one buys from you guys because you are a terrible business and need to be closed!

Bait & Switch. Item received is extremely poor quality. Obviously nothing like the picture and description on their website. A total scam. This shop is not in Charleston. It is in China. No returns for anything that is on sale. Convenient since everything on the site is on Anniversary Sale. Got a refund through a chargeback with my credit card company. I suggest you do the same if you fell for this scam.

This was the Worst “cozy cardigan” I have ever seen.. no way do they picture what was sent. Flimsy cotton mess. Not even worth the trip to return. Tried to leave review on item and it would t post! Fraud. I wouldn’t even give it a 1

This company is a scam. Total bait and switch. What you get doesn’t even resemble their pictures or wording. There are no returns as every thing is “on sale”. Contact them and you get answered by a robot. Taking them to small claims court is useless. Your only viable option is to contact the fraud department of your credit card company.

A scam. Their website says "30 day returns - No hassle", but when you try to return they point to their terms & conditions where "sale" items can't be returned. Yet, everything on their site is a sale item, so nothing can be returned. When you push the issue they give an address in China where you can send back at your expense. The quality is horrible! They go by the name Ivy and Rose - Charleston, but they are actually a company out of the Netherlands and ship the products from China. Don't waste your money.

This company advertised a beautiful knitted floral cardigan sweater as an item in their ‘10-year anniversary sale’. I paid $54.95. The item I received was constructed of a sweatshirt like material on which the floral pattern was screen printed and it was poorly constructed. To make matters worse and despite advertising quick, easy returns, it is their ‘fine-print policy’ to not accept sale items for return!
I should have read reviews before purchasing. Do not order from this company!!!

They totally scammed me. The two sweaters I ordered were pictured as knit sweaters with art graphics. What I received was too flimsy one sided died polyester cardigans nothing like the pictures. I would never wear what I received. Then the response was on sale items cannot be returned. So I am donating very expensive shabby cheap. Very lightweight throw on whatever’s. Stay away from them, their bait and switch, took three weeks to get this junk, and there’s no way to return them. My fault because if it’s too good to be true………

Purchased what was shown as a "sweater" for $50 plus "on sale" from $100+ original price. Within 3 hours of my online order, I sent a written request to cancel my order and was told that orders, after 24 hours, could not be honored. Despite meeting their return deadline, no refund was honored. (The banner on their ads state that returns are guaranteed.) Like everyone else, the product received was a cheap screen printed mess. SAVE YOURSELF AGGREGATION. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM.

This company is a fraud. It shows pictures of knitted sweaters but the product they sell is sewn and made of cheap poor quality printed polyester fabric. Both dishonest and ugly. Returns subtract the cost of shipping from China to the US— upwards to $25. No returns are available for “sale” items and most items on the website list a false “original” price giving the appearance of it being a “sale” item. All these are fraudulent business practices. Report this company to the AG in South Carolina. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Terrible quality. Not what was pictured at all. More like a shiny polyester sweatshirt than a sweater. Buttons were different than pictured. No refund because everything they pictured was on sale. Horrible company who scams consumers. Shame on you.

The item I RECEIVED is NOT even close to what I ordered. I have pics of both items. This is a scam apparently??

They advertise sweaters and cardigans that look like they are knitted. When it arrives it is a print on a very cheap fuzzy polyester and the buttons aren't the ones in the picture. When you try it on, it barely fits around and the sleeves are about 3" short. And when you try to return it, they tell you that items sold on sale are not returnable.... everything on their site is always on sale!!! So not returns ever!!! DO NOT BUY FROM IVY & ROSE CHARLESTON!!! They are a very dishonest company in every respect!

Poor quality fabric with sweaters. Debris/smudge all over one sweater. Totally incorrectly sized- too big, too small and arms too short for average xl sizing. Overpriced for poor quality. Company stated that shipping costs often exceed product value. They offered to refund me 10-20% of my order for subpar, fake “sweater” material. They won’t fully refund and keep saying the product needs returned! Also, they use a story about a business owned by a mother and daughter. Total lies and a scam. Unethical company with shabby business practices.

I ordered a size large jacket which was so small I could barely get it on. When I requested a return, I was told they didn’t accept return items on sale clothes - all their items are listed at exorbitant prices and marked down as sale items. If I insisted on returning it, I would need to send it to China!!! And maybe get a replacement or refund. I should have checked here. I plan on filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office.

This company is a total scam. The beautiful sweater pictured on the website was a flimsy (at best) sweatshirt fabric. The 30 day refund - a joke- when you contact them they say no refund on sale items. Everything on the website is on sale, but not cheap! DO NOT PURCHASE from this unscrupulous company!
