Although the serviceman was late it was well worth the wait. It was not his fault. He was so efficient and clear about every step of the process.

Great local ISP
These folks have the best customer service. Very prompt answers and straight to the point. I don't know why anybody would use the multinationals or massive companies where you'd be hanging on the line for hours waiting for an answer from a call centre half a world away. Sound bunch of people too.

Wireless broadband service …
The service I have received so far from Ivertec, including from the sales assistant, the engineer and the support assistant has been excellent. I have a new build and have not been able to get fibre broadband yet, so the next best option was wireless broadband. I was kept up to date with the installation timeline and there was no issue when I had to postpone it. I received an email to confirm time and the engineer arrived on time. He explained everything to me and was happy to listen to my views on the location of the dish. I would recommend this company based on my experience so far.
