Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. I've been requesting a refund because my money was taken without any kind of authorization from my end. I've been told that the refund was approved yet no action is taken. I am requesting for full refund and I need proof that the process is initiated.

Helpful and trustworthy team

I had a great experience with itstrendtime . I subscribed wrongly to this account but the team were so trustworthy and helpful that they handle the issue in no time and I was really satisfied with their quick and coopérative action

Mad a mistake

I've mistaken purchased gift card only find wasn't aware of and one of your agent help me with refund although it's not yet reflected but he promised that I can get it in 7 working days,he did his best I'll be waiting for it

Problem solved in the end, after 1 month :)

All this started on 4th of June. I arrived on this platform because I wanted to place an order and I was redirected directly here. Money were taken from my account 3 times: 2 euros for the subscription and after 4 days 7 and 15 euros. I flag this situation to the support team and 15 euros were given back first to me on 20 june (last transaction was on waiting status) and on the 3rd july I have received the other refund of 7 euros. It took long but they solved my problem after contacting them 2-3 times per week. For the future, I suggest them to act quickly, otherwise client will not trust them :)
