They are asking me to pay 200 euros for travel to an appointment that I canceled because I had to be absent. According to them, the cancellation was too late (not only did I send an email, but I also called one of their collaborators on the phone, explaining that I was not at home and that I had to cancel, this person told me that the cancelation was fine!). I find this to be abuse and a total lack of honesty. I will never ask them for a service again.

You sent your email at 10:15 on the day of your intervention. In our view, as well as that of many others, this is considered ‘too late,’ as our technicians’ schedules are determined in advance to provide the best possible service to our customers.
When asked to provide evidence of your phone call, as no record could be found in our database, you mentioned this was not possible. As a result, we are unable to verify whether you spoke with one of our staff members.
Whether or not you choose to use our services is entirely up to you. We are more than happy to assist with your questions, but accusations of abuse and a ‘lack of honesty’ are not something we can tolerate.
