For the first 4 years our AHSP has been faultless and been reliable, efficient and able to operate in cold weather. The App could be improved and I don’t understand all of the user programmes but the pump
has done what we wanted. Unfortunately at the beginning of March it stopped working due to a problem with a fan motor and an electronic board and we were without heating for 16 days. The reason was an absence of parts presumably because there has been a run on parts due to similar failures. I have had a rant with customer services about this and they have apologised profusely but 16 days at the end of winter without heating is a big issue. When the engineer arrived we were up and running in an hour. So great kit but logistics really needs to be improved.

Global group of carelessness
Bad heatpump product, wasting 1000kwh a month one bedroom, Bbc in 2012 reported how bad Nibe is. No heating, noisy as hell, error after error plus cost a lot for nothing! Absolutely no servicing and customer service. Total useless.

Awful after service that will cost you thousands
I would think twice about purchasing a NIBE system, unless you are comfortable running up huge costs once it is out of warranty. Having had an issue with a NIBE system we have had multiple visits from a NIBE partner that has followed NIBE's phone support advice on how to fix an issue. The advice seem to revolve around replacing a different part on each visit, at my expense, until the system is fixed, which it is still not, as they refuse to send an engineer to out-of-warranty products to properly diagnose the issue. After multiple months and visits the issue still persists and the parts and labour costs to attempt to repair it keep mounting up. The next repair visit is booked this week but I have no confidence this will resolve the issue.
The NIBE system is a large and expensive system one and yet it seems the company has no real interest in its customers once the warranty has expired. I am in the process of installing two further heat pumps for a different project and will now look for an alternative supplier.

The app solution is a flop, in comparison to the old one.
Less info, if you want more or individualize it , you have to pay!!!
MyUplink is useless
MyUplink is useless, new MyUplink app system looks good but provides no useful info. We need to know the heating supply/return temp and brine in/out temp. These features were in the old app. But are not available now or charged for. We should be able to chose any 4 indicators plus their history. If NIBE want to make money let users choose the data they want to see.

It's increadaby slowly and there is strong need to code a new one from scratch - maybe including real life beta tester.

Terrible update
I used the app for 2 purposes, to see what my pump is doing and what is it going to do. The first one is obvious, I dont understand why they removed this. The second one is with the average over the choosen timeframe, if it is close to start cooling or heating and i dont need to change the settings. They also removed this. Now i have to get a calculator en calculate the average myself evrytime i want to see my what my punp is going to do in the next few hours. What a dumbass who thought this would improve the user interface. He clearly never used the pump a day in his life.
DO NOT PURCHASE PHILLIP- put the phone down too !

I called today 18th July 2025 to ask for a service and was told there is no phone number to book a service. somebody rings you back in a few hours . REALLY ????
I spent over 40 k on this system and trying to get someone to service it is from this company is shocking beyond belief.

The Nibe warm air heating system is…
The Nibe warm air heating system is appalling. It is always breaking down and apparently I can only use 1 engineering business to service/repair. They charge what they like. I have no way of getting a 2nd opinion. Believe me I have tried! We are now told whole system needs replacing at astronomical cost. I never got a reply from Nibe when I tried to contact them.
