Worst company ever

Worst company ever! Have bought a dressing table from them 4 months ago and still haven't received it and no one replies when I call/email. I am going to sue this company. It's fraud don't shop!!!!

Rip Off company. Goods never arrive and no refunds!

Took money for a wall clock nearly £80, Said it would be delivered in 12 weeks then a further 13 weeks and just kept extending until I asked for a refund then they ignored all my emails. I am now out of pocket and it doesn't matter how many emails I send I get no answer.
Robbing, Fraudulent company! Stay well clear. I will not be letting the matter drop.

I share the same experience as many others.
Terrible experience! A bunch of crooks and Mr.Jean still dares to offer their excellent service etc etc
No delivery, no answers, no refund -nothing.

If anyone has an idea how to sue these guys, I join in.

Highly unacceptable

After several mails to their support, i received a mail:

They have to be addressed by the company which operated the web shop before we took over the ownership. We understand your frustration but you should be contacted by the previous owner liquidator soon.

As the new operator of ItaliaDesigns, our main goal is to offer the most iconic design furniture of the 20th century at affordable prices without compromising on quality. Should you require any information about our products, services or prices, feel free to get in touch with us again.

I asked how i could get in touch to the old owner. No answer....
If nothing will happen soon, i think many of us have to see them in front of a judge.

Another unhappy customer

I have been in touch for an update on my overdue order only to receive the boilerplate reply that others on this forum have posted...

I have asked them to provide details for the liquidator. If anyone receives this information please post it on this forum as it will be key to making a compensation claim with your card issuer.

Needless to say I would not recommend purchasing anything from the new company: their website still claims to have been providing "Quality for 8 Years", not the 1 or 2 months that they are now claiming responsibility for.

Terrible experience. Don't ever buy from this company.

I bought a table on May 2017. The company stated 12 to 18 weekf for delivery. After the 18 weeks and no information I started contacting them which is almost impossible because they don't provide a telephone number and hey don't answer emails.
It's the end of October 2017 (5 months after my purchase) and after insisting I receive an email
Saying that there was an owner-change for ItaliaDesigns on August 24th, 2017 and that they cannot reply to any queries related to orders placed before that date. I feel terrible. I'm afraid this is a fraud case. It's a real
Shame and I'm started to think about initalizing legal actions. It's the worst experience I have ever had when buying an item online. And I feel that there's no consumer protection at all. A shame.

ItaliaDesigns fraud

No goods, refund from credit card company.

I ordered two chairs in March 2017 and a lamp in April 2017. The orders were delayed and delayed. I cancelled my orders after waiting 22 weeks for delivery as per their terms and was promised a refund. I did not receive a refund and was then informed that the company had gone into liquidation and the new owners would not honour my order.

The company customer service team sound very reasonable in their emails but their promises are never honoured.

Thankfully When i contacted my credit card company they refunded me the full amount.

BLATANT SWINDLE

Order Oct., 30th 2016 - 2 armchairs, 1778€
Won't summarize in details the swindle as we are all on the same page but here below key milestones:
- no answer to mails about availability
- mail few days before availability deadline regarding quality default. -Offering alternative option - finally not available - so new lead-time to get the armchairs
- obviously no news at final deadline ( 22 weeks after order )
- full refund requested - as per CGV - since April, 11th 17
- confirmation I will get the refund
- back & forth since then - unforeseen financial issue...
and now, impossible to join them !!
How can we proceed to get the company closed and avoid similar unfortunate situation.. If any possibility for joint case to get the refund, I am in !

Don't buy from ItaliaDesigns – it's FRAUD!

I bought two products from ItaliaDesigns after having been sent very good fabric samples and having received good customer support.

After I sent them the money, they went dark. No updates. None of my emails were ever replied to. None of my Helpdesk inquiries – most of them marked urgent – were ever answered. The orders were 6 and 7 months ago. They defrauded me of close to €1000.

And the most shocking thing is this: this company is not located in Nigeria or Somalia or wherever the usual scammers come from. Their bank account is right in London! A 27-year old Mr. Demchenko appears to be the mastermind of this scam, as he is listed as Italiadesigns' (or rather, Fortune Growth') CEO on sites like Endole co uk.

It's a shame that the UK enables scammers to defraud people of their money for years! Please be aware: the website bauhausitalia.com is a slightly different storefront for exactly the same thieves. Both have exactly the same inventory and are both credited to Fortune Growth International Ltd. I'm afraid it's unlikely I'll get my money back. But I've reported this to the Fraud and Cyber Crime Division of the British Police and to the German police.

Update: After some time, I noticed that they had quietly deleted my account. I then re-registered under a fake account and asked the support some bogus question to finally get someone’s attention! When they replied, I revealed my identity. They claimed that there had been a change of ownership and oh well, they couldn’t do anything about previous orders! What a bunch of impudent scammers! But I guess supplying British police with all the information I got (and hopefully, all the other victims having done the same) has finally paid off: both websites seem to be offline! My money is still gone, though.

betrüger - nehmen deine bestellung, liefern nicht, auch nicht nach 22 wochen und senden geld nicht zurück. betrüger einfach!
Online Gangsters - confirm your order, take your money, do not deliver also within 22 weeks, and do not return the money.

DO NOT BUY - SCAM SITE.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - SCAM SITE.

Everything on their site looks legit - with their heavy content website with regular ad posts and email flyers. Prices too good to be true. I was gullible and got over-excited with their "24 hours sale count down counter", and went ahead to order a Charles Eames Transparent chair replica from them.

Weeks has passed, no news of my dispatch. I am even able to login to see my ordered item in my profile; but no info on the dispatch. So i sent them an email inquiry to check what's wrong, followed by multiple proceedingly angry emails (6-7 emails) of which none of them was attended to or replied.

I soon realized that it's a big bloody hoax. All they need is for the web community to order 'one item each', of which are just empty items, and they would already have made enough for a once-all hit and run business revenue. Very unscrupulous of them. They succeeded in making me feel like the biggest fool on internet.

Don't be the next one.

No goods, refund from credit card company.

I ordered a Shell chair in January 2017. The order was delayed twice just before the due delivery date because of quality issues (which I don't believe). I cancelled my order in June 2017 after waiting 22 weeks as per their terms. I had not received a refund with no response to calls, emails or site chat at the start of August 2017.

I contacted my credit card company and my credit card company refunded me the full amount within a week.

Funnily Italia designs contacted me by email two weeks ago to say that they will process the refund, but unsurprisingly nothing has happened !

Thank you to my credit card company.

Fraud

After long waiting for the goods to arrive ( order November 2016) I cancelled the order acknowled on June 2017. They promised to reimburse my money on July 2017 but up to now nothing was credited in my account. I had repeatedly sent emails and received no answers.
Total and simple fraud.

I've ordered tulip chair cushions …

I've ordered tulip chair cushions thinking I was ordering the chairs once I realised I asked to cancel order.
They said I had to go onto a refund waiting list and could only action this after 22 weeks
It's has been 4 months no refund now they have stopped repling to my emails, asked me for a iban number to pay my refund but this hasn't happened!
Do not order from this company!
