I ordered 1 iTagPro which immediately turned into 5. I cancelled the order immediately but the reply was 'too late its already shipped' after several emails they credited me back for 4. I paid £49 for one. After several attempts at using this device it was apparent that this product was not fit for purpose being that it is only Bluetooth NOT GPS as advertised. I asked for a credit but having declined various discounts it was agreed I could send it back for a full refund. They confirmed receipt at the beginning of June. Despite over 34 emails and 3 months of lies and flannel I still haven't received my agreed credit. This company are selling false products. They are liars and thieves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered the product. I understand it comes from China so there is a long window for delivery. I opened it up follow the instructions for the four that I ordered and it wasn’t working properly. I sent pictures of the issue to the customer service line and they offered to replace all four of my tags. Have the emails for this. I offered to return the three that I did not open since they likely also did not work. After a long wait time again I understand coming from China I get them today there are two smart tags so I paid the 145 some odd dollars for four and they probably don’t work and now I received two any bets?

First device I received kept losing connection, asked for a refund, they offered a replacement free of charge which I accepted, same problem with second device. Asked for full refund, they said I hadn't told them within 30 days (I had with each device) so I wasn't eligible for a refund - tried to offer me 25%, After some quibbling I managed to get them to agree to 75% refund. The customer service was quick to respond (not always with the correct info or right answer) but basically the device is no good. It's very flimsy and plastic and doesn't actually work. Just bought a Tractive - a pound of two more expensive and with a £5 per month subscription but it's really good quality and it works.

This is a scam in my opinion, it does not use GPS, only bluetooth, can't use to track suitcases!!!!, very expensive for a very limited piece of rubbish technology. DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH!!!!

The units didn't connect to anything when I wasn't near them. It defeats the whole purpose of having a tracker if it has to be near me to work.

My questions were answered when I called, and the woman sent me onto the next steps to process my return.

I paid for something I never received. Tracking indicated delivered to "front porch" which is 200 ft off of the main road. There was no delivery to the front porch. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. I really can't review for an item I don't have.

Clarity of the information and ease of navigating the site

Very quick response to my order and had it packed and ready to go the same day!

tried to cancel within 5 minutes email received saying was shipped out already. i was on website that said it was 5 best trackers in australia!! might be US based!!! it claims it is GPS tracker but reviews say otherwise, I was not happy they didnt have paypal option however claimed they were paypal acclaimed/approved!!! red flag right there, sadly I ordered and totally regretted it

Updated.. as suspected possibly this reply on here was AI generated, email was only a survey with no details on it, had to go into the contact to see who it was then not sure , so I won't answer it. Be wary of being caught with extra things before checkout got to select "no thanks" 5 times.. there is NO option to cancel,even minutes after checkout.. just regret this... it's been posted already just hope it works as I don't intend to do my money twice with postage back or wait 6 months for a reply...mistake ,,

I should have read the reviews . Do not buy this product , awaiting refund after 3/4 emails( AI bot it seems) back and forth offering up to 75% refund and not sending product back , I did eventually get an address to send it to , they asked for proof of postage which I also sent and now ‘awaiting’ refund which according to all these reviews won’t come .. we’ll see … I fell for the great advertising without doing my research ;(

Pretty frickin pricey! …even with the 70% discount!

I found out that I had ordered one more item of the itag than I intended and wanted. The itag did not work as advertised. I want to return the item, but whilst customer services respond when you are still in the complaining process (offering partial discounts rather than a full refund), they have now gone quiet as I have asked them for the address for where to send the item back for the refund. Not sure if I will be successful getting the money back. Absolutely don't buy from them!

Product has not arrived, but communication on its progress has been excellent.

Still evaluating these devices, like the idea and seem to be useful.

I had an issue with the ordering process which meant I’d doubled my order. Within HOURS of contacting customer service the payment was reversed and my bank credited the next day. Brilliant Thankyou so much

I would give it 5 stars, but 7 to 12 day delivery is not kosher. Also, There is no phone for Customer Service, which i find very odd, and worries me that this might be a scam. Sincerely, Carlos

When I bought two, some how I ended up with 6 and a $250 bill.

Within 15 mins of ordering it instantly emailed and asked to change my order but it had already been packaged and ready for shipping (within 15 mins of my order). They told me to reach out once my order arrived and I did that very day. I asked for a full refund and they offered 25% of funds back and to keep all 6 tags and I said no and then was offered 45% of all funds. I finally just said yes and kept all 6 and did receive a refund but the tags don’t work very well. They aren’t GPS they run of Bluetooth so if you lose an item in your house, you can locate it but anything further than that you can’t.

The app is easy to navigate and connect to your tags but that’s about it.

Customer service was easy to deal with and pleasant but I wish they wouldn’t fight you on a full refund.
