I ordered a laptop @iTAD and due to…

I ordered a laptop @iTAD and due to high demand of the gadget I ordered it was double ordered but it was resolved soo fast and the communication that I received from ITAD was above amazing they communicate and make sure that the customer is satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company ❤️ fast delivery, amazing detailed communication until you receive your product.

Customer services from itad was…

Customer services from itad was excellent and the staff is helpful. Had spent quality time to choose at quality laptops they've had, till i made my choice and the laptop is perfectly performing well.

Ordered 2 refurbished Pc's

Ordered 2 refurbished Pc's. 1st one - system fan seized, CPU fan almost seized. Optical drive spins, but does not read, laser dead. Bad sectors on HDD.

2nd one, audio drivers not installed. Office 2021 installed, but not activated.

I fixed everything myself.

Pse do not just add RAM and upgrade the OS - check everything thoroughly.
