I had an extremely bad experience with Heroyne. They initially offered to replace a ring I had ordered in the wrong size. After that, communication deteriorated significantly: I was mostly ignored, told that things were taking longer, or assured that they were "working on it."

Two months have now passed, and I have neither received a replacement nor a refund. This level of service is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this shop.

Very bad experience! They sent me the wrong item , I ask to have quick the correct items , but they told I should order it again , send the wrong one back and wait for the refund ! Mistake can happen , but the way this customer service wanted to solve the issue shows how much they do not care about the client ! I just send the wrong item back and cancelled my order !

I bought an earcuff which broke after one use. I sent an email to the customer service and after a week they responded. I had to send the earcuff back for further examination, and I did.
Since then I have sent 7 emails and no respond at all....I paid €109 and I want my money back.
They already received my earcuff back at the end of October. This really is ridiculous and this company is not ok.
